Krankentisch. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Krankentisch, das heisst ein Möbel, das als Kranken- oder Lesetisch im Bett verwendet werden kann.
Dieser Krankentisch besitzt eine auf einem wageechten Arm verstellbare Tischplatte und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tisch platte ein auf dem Arm festklemmbares Ge lenk besitzt, dessen Achse senkrecht steht zur Längsachse des Armes, wobei -das Ge lenk in 1.Jängsrichtung des Armes verschieb bar und die Längsachse des Armes drehbar und einstellbar gehalten ist. Zweckmässig sig ist der Arm oben so mit einem auf dem Fussboden stehenden Gestell verbunden, dass es in einer dem Fussboden parallelen Ebene drehbar und in irgend einer Stellung in die ser Ebene vom Bett aus einstellbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungs form eines als Lesegestell dienenden Kranken tisches nach der Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Lesegestell in Seiten ansicht; Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht auf das Gestell; Fig. 3 zeigt in grösserem Massstab das die Tischplatte haltende und ihre Verstellung ermöglichende Gelenk; Fig. 4 zeigt, ebenfalls in grösserem Mass stab, den Drehzapfen des oberen Armes. Das Gestell weist drei Füsse 1, 2, 3 auf, die eine senkrechte Säule 4 tragen. In dieser ist eine als Träger dienende Stange 5 senk recht verschiebbar geführt und durch eine Klemmschraube 6 feststellbar. Im Fuss 1 ist ein Hohlraum vorgesehen, in dem ein vierter Stützfuss 7 untergebracht ist, der aus dem Fuss 1 in die gezeichnete Lage herausgezo gen werden kann, um das Gestell auch nach dieser Seite zu stützen.
Mit der Stange 5 ist oben ein wageechter Ansatz 8 fest verbunden, mit dem durch ein Gelenk 9 ein wageechter Arm 10 zusammen hängt. Das Gelenk 9 ist so eingerichtet, dass der wageechte Arm in die senkrechte, strich punktiert gezeichnete Lage geschwenkt wer den kann, wenn das Lesegestell nicht benützt wird. Auf diese Weise wird der Platzbedarf des Gestelles verringert. In der wageechten Stellung wird der Arm 10 durch seine ver schiebbare Hülse 11 festgehalten; die in dieser Stellung, teilweise den festen Ansatz 8 und das Gelenk 9 übergreifend, teilweise den Arm 10 umfasst. Auf dem Arm 10 ist mittelst eines Gelenkes 12 eine Tischplatte 13 be festigt, die zum Halten eines Buches dient. Die Gelenkachse steht senkrecht zur Arm längsachse.
Das Gelenk 12 ist auf dem Arm 10 in Richtung der Längsachse dieses Armes mit der Tischplatte verschiebbar und des weiteren um den Arm 10 drehbar bezw. schwenkbar. Durch eine mit einem Handrad 14 versehene Klemmschraube kann die Tisch platte 13 nach Ausführung jeder der er wähnten Bewegungen festgeklemmt werden.
Die Längsverschiebbarkeit der Tischplatte 13 auf dem Arm 10 und ihre Drehbarkeit um eine zu jener Längsachse senkrecht lie gende Achse des Gelenkes 12 ermöglichen eine Einstellung der Tischplatte 13 in belie biger Lage. Der Arm 10 wird so lang ge macht, dass, wenn die Tischplatte 13 am äussersten Ende festgeklemmt ist, das Gestell über das ganze Bett von einer Bettseite zur andern hinüberreicht, so dass der Lesende, ohne das Gestell von einer Bettseite auf die andere bringen zu müssen, in der Lage ist, die Seite zu wechseln und nach Verschieben der Tischplatte auf der Stange 10 auch auf der andern Seite bequem lesen zu können.
Das in Fig. 3 dargestellte Gelenk 12 weist einen Bolzen 12a auf, der mit einem Fuss 12b in einem Hohlraum 15 so gehalten ist, dass der Bolzen senkrecht zur Tischplatte 13 etwas beweglich ist. Der Bolzen hat eine länglichrunde Queröffnung 12c zur Aufnahme des Armes 10. Eine Hülse 12d umgibt den Bolzen 12a. Beim Anziehen der im Gewinde des Bolzenkopfes gehaltenen Klemmschraube 12e wird durch Abstützen am Arm 10 der Bolzenfuss 12b fest gegen die Aussenwand 16 des Hohlraumes 15 gepresst.
In Fig. 4 ist die Art der Vereinigung zwischen festem Ansatz 8 und Stange 5 dar- gestellt. Der Ansatz ist bei 8a bedeutend erweitert und zur Aufnahme des Drehzapfens 5a ausgedreht. Eine Schraube 5b verhindert ein ungewolltes Herausheben des Ansatzes 8 samt Tisch. Eine weitere Schraube 8b ge stattet, den ganzen Arm 10 nebst Tisch 13 in einer jeden Stellung in einer zum Fuss boden parallelen Ebene festzuklemmen. So kann der Kranke mit einer einzigen Hand den Tisch lösen und um eine senkrechte Achse drehen, um vollständige Bewegungs freiheit des Tisches zu erlangen.

The frame has three feet 1, 2, 3 which support a vertical column 4. In this a serving as a carrier rod 5 is guided vertically quite displaceably and lockable by a clamping screw 6. At the top of the rod 5 a true-to-scale attachment 8 is firmly connected to which a true-to-scale arm 10 is connected by a joint 9. The joint 9 is set up so that the real arm can be swiveled into the vertical, dash-dotted position, when the reading frame is not in use. In this way, the space required by the frame is reduced. In the real position of the arm 10 is held by its ver sliding sleeve 11; which in this position, partially overlapping the fixed attachment 8 and the joint 9, partially encompassing the arm 10. On the arm 10, a table top 13 is fastened by means of a joint 12, which is used to hold a book. The joint axis is perpendicular to the arm's longitudinal axis.

In Fig. 4 the type of union between the fixed extension 8 and rod 5 is shown. The approach is significantly expanded at 8a and turned out to accommodate the pivot 5a. A screw 5b prevents unintentional lifting of the extension 8 together with the table. Another screw 8b ge equips to clamp the whole arm 10 together with table 13 in each position in a plane parallel to the foot floor. In this way, the patient can loosen the table with a single hand and turn it around a vertical axis in order to achieve complete freedom of movement of the table.
