      Besatzband    an Schuhwerk.   Die Zeichnung stellt eine beispielsweise  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dar.  



  Rings um das Schuhwerk, oberhalb der  Sohle 1, ist am Schaft 2 des Schuhes in einer  beliebig gewählten Entfernung von der Sohle  ein     Besatzband    3 befestigt, das eine von dem  Schaftleder abweichende Farbe aufweist. Die  Ränder desselben sind mit als Verzierungen  dienenden Ein- und Ausbuchtungen versehen.  Ausser solchen Verzierungen kann es auch       Durchbrechungen    aufweisen. Ferner kann ein  Rand desselben gerade gestaltet und ohne  andere Verzierungen sein. Durch die     Anbrin-          gung    desselben wird dem Schuh eine beson  dere Ausstattung gegeben, mit derselben kann  aber gleichzeitig ein Schutz an den betreffen-    den Stellen verbunden werden. Als     Materia     finden Leder oder von Leder verschiedene  Stoffe, z.

   B. Gummi, Verwendung, die mit  dem Material des Schaftes des Schuhes eine  gleiche oder kontrastierende Farbe aufweisen.  Es kann ferner mit     Durchbrechungen    auf  seiner ganzen Breite versehen sein. Auch  eine fortlaufende Musterung kann auf dem  Band angebracht sein.
