Description

  

  Torrichtung zum Dosieren von Pulvern.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung     isst     eine Vorrichtung zum Dosieren von Pulvern  nicht klebender Beschaffenheit, die dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist,     dass    in einer geraden       Csleitbahn    ein einen     Dosierbehälter    aufwei  sender Schieber hin- und     herbeweglich    ge  lagert ist, und     dass    an der Gleitbahn über  .dem Schieber ein Vorratstrichter und un  terhalb des Schiebers, in     bezug    auf den       Vorratstriehter    versetzt, ein Abfülltrichter  angeordnet sind.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt, und zwar zeigt     Fig.    1 einen Längs  schnitt durch die Vorrichtung in der Auf  nahmestellung,     Fig.    2 einen solchen durch  dieselbe in der Abgabestellung für das Pul  ver, während     Fig.    3 einen Querschnitt nach  der     Linie        X-X    in     Fig.    1 veranschaulicht.  



  Die dargestellte Vorrichtung hat Pistolen  form und ist mit einer Hand     bedienbar,    damit  die andere zum Vorhalten ,der Aufnahme  kapseln für die einzelnen Pulverdosen frei  ist. Die Vorrichtung besitzt eine Gleitbahn     a       von im wesentlichen rechteckigem Quer  schnitt, an .der ein hölzerner Handgriff b       befestigt    ist und die mit einem Vorrats  trichter c und mit einem     Abfülltriehter    d  verbunden ist. In der Gleitbahn beweglich  angeordnet ist der Schieber e mit dem durch  die Klappen<I>f</I> und<I>g</I> und die Seitenwände  des Schiebers gebildeten, im Querschnitt  ebenfalls rechteckigen und im Längsschnitt       dreieckförmigen        Dosierbehälter    und dem Ab  zug h.

   Zwischen Handgriff<I>b</I> und Abzug<I>h</I>  ist eine Druckfeder i angeordnet. Die Gleit  bahn     a    ist oberseitig geschlossen und nur  an der     Stelle    des     Trichters    c offen; ausserdem  ist sie an der Stelle des     Durchtrittes    der  Einstellvorrichtung     nt.,        7z    geschlitzt. Diese  besitzt eine am Schieber e befestigte Skalen  scheibe     rrz    und einen Zeigerhebel<I>n,</I> der um  eine im     Schieber    e gelagerte Achse o drehbar  ist und     mittelst    .des Bügels p an der Klappe  g des     Dosierbehälters    angreift.

   Die Klappe  f dieses     Behälters    wird in der in     Fig.    1  gezeichneten Lage der Vorrichtung durch  die Feder     q    an die Klappe<I>g</I> angedrückt. An      ihrer Rückseite     ist--ein    Bügel s     angelenkt,    der  einen am Oberteil der Gleitbahn     a    sitzenden  Haken r umgreift.

   Wenn bei der durch die  Feder i bewirkten Vorwärtsbewegung des  Schiebers e das Ende des Bügels s von dem  Haken r festgehalten wird, der Schieber e  sich aber unter dem Druck der Feder i wei  terbewegt, wird die Klappe     f    selbsttätig     ver-          schwenkt,    so dass der     Dosierbehälter    über der  im Boden der Gleitbahn befindlichen Öff  nung des Abfülltrichters d geöffnet wird  und den Inhalt des     Dosierbehälters    freigibt,  so     .dass    das     Pulver    in die unter den Abfüll  trichter gehaltene Papierkapsel fällt.

   Bei  entspannter Feder i, also in der Lage nach       Fig:    2, verschliesst ,die obere Wand des Schie  bers e die untere Öffnung des Vorratstrich  ters c, dessen in bezug auf die Figuren 1  und 2     rechte    Unterkante zugleich zum Ab  streifen des Pulvervorrates dient.  



  Selbstverständlich kann die Vorrichtung  auch anders als     wie    dargestellt ausgeführt  sein. So können zum Beispiel an der Gleit  bahn auch     Mittel    vorgesehen sein,     mittelst     deren sie an einem Tisch angeschraubt wer  den     kann,    und zur Hin- und     Herbewegung     ,des Schiebers kann ein Kurbelgetriebe vor  gesehen sein, wobei das Ganze derart aus  gebildet sein kann, dass der     Antrieb        won     Hand oder motorisch erfolgt. Statt recht  eckigen können Gleitbahn und Schieber auch  runden Querschnitt haben.

   Das Ganze kann       auoh    .derart ausgebildet sein,     dass    die Schliess  kraft der unter Federwirkung stehenden  Klappe statt     durch    eine besondere Feder  durch die zur Bewegung des .Schiebersdie  nende Feder selbst hervorgebracht wird.
