Strangfabrikate <SEP> aus <SEP> knetbaren <SEP> blassen
<tb> werden <SEP> in <SEP> Strangpressen <SEP> hergestellt, <SEP> welche
<tb> mit <SEP> Schneeken, <SEP> Walzen <SEP> oder <SEP> Kolben <SEP> arbeiten
<tb> und <SEP> dementsprechend <SEP> Schneckenpressen, <SEP> Wal zenpressen <SEP> oder <SEP> Kolbenpressen <SEP> heissen. <SEP> Bei
<SEP> Diese <SEP> Luftblasen <SEP> sollten <SEP> ausgestochen
<tb> und <SEP> mit <SEP> Pressmaterial <SEP> gefüllt <SEP> werden;
<SEP> soweit
<tb> Festigkeit.

<tb> abgestrichen, <SEP> also <SEP> weiter <SEP> zerlegt.

Process and extrusion press for degassing kneadable press material.
EMI0001.0003
Strand products <SEP> made of <SEP> kneadable <SEP> pale
<tb> <SEP> are produced in <SEP> extrusion presses <SEP>, <SEP> which
<tb> work with <SEP> Schneeken, <SEP> rollers <SEP> or <SEP> piston <SEP>
<tb> and <SEP> are called <SEP> screw presses, <SEP> roller presses <SEP> or <SEP> piston presses <SEP>. <SEP> At
<tb> this <SEP> process <SEP> becomes <SEP> with <SEP> the <SEP> molding compound
<tb> also <SEP> air <SEP> carried away, <SEP> through <SEP> the <SEP> <SEP> in <SEP> the
<tb> Pressed strand <SEP> Air bubbles <SEP> and <SEP> foliations <SEP> form. <SEP> These <SEP> air bubbles <SEP> should <SEP> cut out
<tb> and <SEP> are filled with <SEP> press material <SEP> <SEP>;
<SEP> so far
<tb> they are <SEP> deeper <SEP> under <SEP> of the <SEP> surface <SEP> <SEP> and
<tb> <SEP> are not visible <SEP>, <SEP> remains <SEP> in the <SEP> finished <SEP> piece
<tb> a <SEP> cavity, <SEP> thus <SEP> a <SEP> place <SEP> with <SEP> less
<tb> strength. <SEP> Between <SEP> the <SEP> foliations <SEP> there are <SEP> <SEP> also <SEP> cavities, <SEP> the <SEP> empty <SEP> larger ones
<tb> Water absorption <SEP> and <SEP> cause rejects <SEP>.
<tb> In order to achieve <SEP> good <SEP> pellets <SEP> <SEP>, <SEP> should
<tb> Air <SEP> and <SEP> other <SEP> gases <SEP> to <SEP> on <SEP> a <SEP> small
<tb> Remainder <SEP> from <SEP> of the <SEP> molding compound <SEP> is separated <SEP>.
<SEP> The <SEP> is <SEP> according to the invention <SEP> by <SEP>, <SEP> that <SEP> the <SEP> kneadable <SEP> press material <SEP> in <SEP> one
<tb> extrusion press <SEP> of the <SEP> series <SEP> after <SEP> a <SEP> prepress,
<tb> a <SEP> dividing insert, <SEP> a <SEP> vacuum space <SEP> and
EMI0001.0004
a <SEP> main press <SEP> runs through <SEP> in such a way <SEP> that <SEP> the
<tb> <SEP> press material <SEP> emerging from <SEP> of the <SEP> dividing insert <SEP> exposed to the <SEP> vacuum <SEP> all around <SEP>
<tb> becomes, <SEP> so <SEP> that <SEP> the <SEP> gases <SEP> in <SEP> of this <SEP> escape.
<tb> The <SEP> pre-press <SEP> presses <SEP> the <SEP> press material
<tb> through <SEP> the <SEP> perforated <SEP> dividing insert,
<SEP> it becomes <SEP>
<tb> thereby <SEP> in <SEP> a <SEP> corresponding <SEP> number <SEP> loose
<tb> strands <SEP> disassembled. <SEP> From <SEP> these <SEP> loose <SEP> strings
<tb> escape <SEP> the <SEP> gases <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> vacuum space
<tb> and <SEP> are extracted by <SEP>. <SEP> The <SEP> degassed <SEP> strands
<tb> <SEP> then <SEP> in <SEP> the <SEP> main press, <SEP> they become <SEP>
<tb> from <SEP> this <SEP> kneaded together again <SEP> and <SEP> as
<tb> degassed <SEP> main press line, <SEP> the <SEP> to <SEP> pellets
<tb> cut up <SEP> is ejected, <SEP>.
<tb> So that <SEP> now <SEP> this <SEP> operation <SEP> is <SEP> in
<tb> perfect <SEP> way <SEP> can <SEP>, <SEP> must
<tb> the <SEP> individual <SEP> parts <SEP> of the <SEP> extrusion press <SEP> be designed according to <SEP> <SEP>.
<SEP> prepress <SEP> and
<tb> Main press <SEP> <SEP> must first <SEP> in <SEP> their <SEP> services <SEP> so <SEP> be adjusted <SEP>, <SEP> that <SEP> the <SEP> vacuum space
<tb> <SEP> cannot <SEP> fill with <SEP> molding compound <SEP> <SEP>. <SEP> The
<tb> Sealing <SEP> of the <SEP> vacuum space <SEP> after <SEP> in front
<tb> and <SEP> at the back <SEP> is followed by <SEP> in the <SEP> known <SEP> way <SEP>
<tb> the <SEP> on the <SEP> work cycle <SEP> itself causes the <SEP> molding compound to be measured in such a way that the resistance that the molding compound finds in front of and in the perforated dividing insert and in the mouthpiece and housing of the main press becomes,
that the vacuum alone cannot suck any molding compound into the vacuum space, not even if the feeding of the prepress is interrupted. The air pressure in the vacuum space is therefore practically balanced and the main press works as if there was no vacuum, but it needs a little more force to press the strand forward.
The additional work depends on the cross-section of the degassed extruded strand emerging into the open atmosphere. The perforated dividing insert through which the molding compound is pressed into the vacuum space will of course be set up in such a way that the compound is easily pressed through, but nevertheless ultimately enters the vacuum space in relatively thin strands.
The dividing insert, which divides the molding compound as it enters the vacuum chamber and prepares it for proper degassing, can have any shape, e.g. B. be flat, arched or cone-shaped. Of course, various extra measures can be taken to ensure that the mass is properly divided. You can z. B. provide means to the extruded strands, which come from the splitter, or swipe off shortly after entering the vacuum space. to cut off.
The vacuum space in which the gases are extracted from the loose molding compound can take on different shapes.
Pre-press and main press can work with screws, which can have different positions to each other. For example, the pre-press screw, the vacuum chamber and the main press snow can be arranged standing one above the other, lying one behind the other or in some other way to one another; it can e.g. For example, the main press screw can also be arranged horizontally and the prepress with vacuum space is located above it.
In Figs. 1 to 3, the new extrusion press is shown for example. 1 shows an upright extrusion press, in which the press compound is pressed through the dividing insert b by a pre-press screw in an uninterrupted operation. It is broken up into relatively thin strands and degassed in the vacuum space c, which here lies above the main press screw e, in order to improve the pref.
The degassed prefabricated mass is then pressed by the main press screw e to f into the press head, in which the strand is formed. The sealing of the vacuum space c against the pre-compression screw and towards the front against the compression head is carried out by the molding compound that is in progress. The gases are sucked off at d.
Above the main press auger e scrapers k are arranged, which protrude into the vacuum space. These scrape off pressing compound that has adhered to the housing of the vacuum chamber into the main press screw. The scrapers k can be fastened to the wing of the Hauptpressachneeke or to their shaft.
With the shaft there is an exchangeable protective shell m at the point where it goes through the dividing insert b. firmly connected. The same rotates with the shaft and protects it from wear and tear by friction molding compound. The shaft is supported again at 1, i.e. inside the main press housing. This camp 1 can of course sit elsewhere; it can, for example, be arranged within the vacuum space c or the protective shell nz it can be connected and in this case be connected to the dividing insert b or by arms to the press housing.
After F; g. 2, is above the main press screw e, first of all, the vacuum chamber c and above it a standing pre-press with a rotating screw shaft. The screw of the pre-press a does not need to be at right angles to the main press screw e; it can also have a different location and z. B. directed obliquely against the latter or arranged to the side of the same.
