Magnetelektrischer Stromerzeuger.
Magnetic electric generator. The invention relates to power generating machines in which a system of permanent magnets, which supplies the magnetic circuit, rotates, while the current coils, which are induced by these permanent magnets, are arranged stationary. In the arrangements of this type that have become known up to now, these current coils are connected together, in parallel or in series, so that the consumer current circuit is to be considered as a single permanent magnet system compared to the magnet system consisting of a certain number of permanent magnets. At a certain watt consumption of the consumer circuit, a certain voltage calculated as permissible for the Stromver consumer is then available.
The disadvantage of such devices is that if a current consumer is defective and needs to be replaced, the voltage immediately increases to a level that is harmful to the remaining electricity consumers; this applies to parallel connection of the power consumers. When the latter is connected in series, if a power consumer is defective, all power consumers are cut off from the power source, which is again undesirable.
The subject of the present inven tion is a power generating machine of the type mentioned, in which the magnetic flux is generated in independent magneti rule with the help of cylindrical permanent magnets, which form parts of the magnetic circuits and are arranged parallel to the Drehacbse, and that these permanent magnets are held in the non-magnetizable material of the rotor, while the stationary coils arranged around the rotor are individually connected to the terminals provided in the housing for connecting the loads.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the inventive Stromerzeu gers is shown, namely a machine with four permanent magnets. Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of the machine; Figure 2 is a view looking from one end of the machine.
In the figures, a is the housing of the machine, b are the laminated coil cores and c the coils themselves, which are connected on the one hand to the metallic housing, on the other hand to one of the terminals .p of the machine, to which terminals the consumers or consumer groups d ', d', d, d4 are to be connected. The connection terminals are fastened in an insulation piece e that is screwed onto the housing a. The four permanent magnets fl, fl, fl, f 4 are in a non-magnetizable body g </ I > arranged parallel to the axis h. and at the ends of these magnets sit the laminated pole pieces m.
The axis h of this body g is mounted in the two end bearing covers i and k. This La gerdeckel are centered in the housing a and are supported at the same time in the cylindrically twisted pole pieces l of the coil cores b so that the rotor, that is, the pole pieces m of the rotating, permanent magnets concentrically in the cylindrically turned surfaces of the pole pieces l of the coil cores b remain, that is, do not come to a graze, especially if it happens that the housing a, which is made of light metal for weight reasons, is deformed by clamping this power generating machine on its base.
