Bremsmagnetanordnung.
Brake magnet assembly. The subject of the present invention is a brake magnet arrangement, according to which a carrier made of non-magnetic material, which holds two semicircular magnets of high coercive force in a rigid position to one another from the side, in turn uses a heat alloy as carrier, which in at least one strip-shaped piece is a shunt to the magnetic brake flux forms.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the invention, namely in Fig. 1 in side view, in Fig. 2 in front view and in Fig. 3 in plan view.
1 is a flat piece, which has a base plate 2 and a bent part 3 extending in a vertical plane. The base plate 2 is provided with a threaded hole 4 and is used to attach the magnet assembly in an apparatus, for example an electricity meter, as indicated in FIG. The part 3 is provided with a horizontally running slot -, has bent tabs 6 and a reinforcing rib 7. A second flat piece 8 is bent at right angles, has flaps 10 formed by a horizontal slot 9 and rests with one side 11 on part 3 of the first flat piece, the two flat pieces being connected to each other at this point preferably by soldering.
The lower flap 10 has an extension 12 by means of which the flat piece 8 is fastened to the base plate 2, which can be done by mortising or soldering.
The two flat pieces 1 and 8 together form a carrier for two semicircular magnets 13 and consist of non-magnetic material, preferably brass. The semicircular magnets 13 are made of material with a high coercive force, for example cobalt steel or Orstid and are soldered between the tabs 6 and 10, where the soldering points are denoted by 14. The pole faces of the magnets 13 are exposed laterally through the slots 5 and 9, so that the carrier does not have any obstacles in the way of the adjustment of the magnet arrangement with respect to a brake disc lying between the magnetic poles.
For the purpose of Temperaturkompen sation a strip-shaped piece 15 forming heat alloy is provided, which is fastened on the opposite side of the magnet 13 to the part 3 as a shunt be. In the exemplary embodiment, the heat alloy is only provided opposite the upper brake magnet 13; it could ever be brought to such a heat alloy compared to the lower brake magnet 13.
The arrangement of the described carrier for brake magnets of high coercive force in connection with the attachment of a heat alloy made possible by this allows the achievement of a powerful brake magnet which is as independent of temperature as possible with regard to its effect.
