Additional disk for electrical Bloch machines. The invention relates to an additional disk for electrical Bloch machines. The same is characterized in that it has means for holding a woven steel chip or steel wool mat in place and is set up for detachable attachment to the organ of the Bloch machine that mediates the movement of the Bloch tool.
This additional disk increases the possibility of using these log machines and the cleaning of parquet floors, linoleum and rubber flooring, etc. is considerably simplified and cheaper. With this additional disk and the interwoven steel chip or steel wool mat firmly attached to it, belt and parquet floors can be chipped in any direction, regardless of the grain direction of the wood and without scratching the wood.
Up to now, this has not been possible when using loose steel chips or wool; rather, in order to avoid scratching the wood, it had to be moved in laborious manual or footwork in the direction of the grain of the wood.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments from the subject of the invention. Figures 1, 2 and 3 are an elevation, a bottom view and a half section along the line A-B in Figure 2 of a first embodiment and Figures 4, 5 and 6 are analogous representations of a second embodiment; Fig. 7 is a partial plan view of an interwoven steel chips respectively. Steel wool mat.
In Fig. 1, the outline of an electrical sheet metal machine 1 with control fork 2 is indicated by the dashed lines. This machine has a displaceable by the electric motor in rotation, not presented is disc, by means of which both the Bloch disc, not shown, and after removing the same, the additional disc 3 easily detachable, for. B. means of two slots in hole 5 of the disc 3 insertable head bolt 4 can be coupled. The lower surface of the additional pane 3 has a central opening 6 and a square field with small pyramid-shaped projections 7 which is enclosed by a strip frame 8.
On the field of pyramid-shaped approaches 7 and in the frame 8 a woven, made of steel chips or steel wool (Fix. 7) be standing mat 9 is inserted, which is held by the lugs 7 and when the Dre hung of the additional disk 3 is rotated. No matter in which direction the machine is moved over the floor to be chipped and regardless of the grain direction of the wood, clean shavings of the floor without leaving scratches on the wood instead.
The belt and parquet floors are processed through the steel chip or wool mat as if with small parallel planes and the surface is removed evenly, i.e. there are no holes due to uneven chips. To block the chipped bottom, the additional disk 3 is removed from the machine's turntable and the block disk is put on.
In the embodiment of Fig. 4-6, the additional disk 31 with the steel chip or steel wool mat instead of the rotie-generating, a back and forth movement in the direction of arrows C and D, which this disk is given by two driving screws 41 set in this becomes. These screws are in motion with an eccentric (not shown) driven by the electric motor and also serve to replace the disks. For guidance, the disk 31 has a bar 10 on each side, which is guided in a groove .11 of the machine frame (fix. 6).
In which a piece of steel chips or 7, which shows the steel wool mat 9, the arrow E shows the direction of the steel chips respectively bound at intervals. Steel wool lasers and the arrows F and G indicate the directions in which machined, i.e. i.e., the disk 31 is to be moved.
The additional disc can also be used to fasten to the drive member of the Bloch. Machine be set up by means of other than the means shown.
