Description
Schiffs-Entladevor riehtung. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schiffs Entladevorrichtung.
Die bisher gebräuchlichen Schiffs-Eleva- toren entnahmen das Getreide aus den Bun kern durch eine nach unten gerichtete Öffnung im Elevatorschacht. Als Zubringerorgane zu Elevatoren sind bereits Zubringerschnecken und Zubringer-Getreideschaufeln verwendet worden. Diese haben den Nachteil, dass sie nach unten offen sind und das Getreide längs ihrem Bereich zerstreuen.
Dieser Übelstand wird bei der Schiffs-E'nt- ladev orrichtung gemäss der Erfindung dadurch behoben, dass am Vertikal-Förderer ein hori zontaler, schräger oder vertikaler Ketten förderer angehängt ist, der in einem mindestens teilweise geschlossenen Trog arbeitet und das Fördermaterial dem Vertikalförderer zuführt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung schematisch im Schnitt dargestellt.
In der Zeichnung ist das Zuführungsorgan mit A bezeichnet. Dieses Zuführungsorgan besteht aus einem Kettenförderer beliebiger Konstruktion, sei es ähnlich einem bereits bekannten Kratzerförderer mit Kratzerkette, Seilzügen, Bandzug oder ähnlich einem Redler- förderer. Dieses Zuführungsorgan A. hat einen Trog, der teilweise unten oder seitlich oder unten und seitlich geöffnet ist zwecks Auf nahme des Fördergutes. Der Auslauf dieses Zuführungsorganes schüttet das Fördergut in den Vertikalförderer B, der zum Beispiel als Becherelevator,
als Vertikalredler oder als irgend eine andere Vertikalfördervorrich- tung ausgebildet sein kann. Dieser Vertikal förderer selbst giesst das Gut entweder in einen weiteren Horizontal- oder Schrägför derer G; welcher es in Richtung c weiter transportiert oder in ein schräges Ablauf rohr, welches das Material schräg abwärts in Richtung d wegfliessen lässt.

This feed member consists of a chain conveyor of any construction, be it similar to an already known scraper conveyor with scraper chain, cable pulls, belt pull or similar to a redler conveyor. This feed organ A. has a trough that is partially open at the bottom or at the side or at the bottom and at the side for the purpose of receiving the material to be conveyed.
