feiner Tarierung erfolgen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine gemäß der
Erfindung konstruierte A.uslaßschnauze in Abb. i in einem Längsschnitt und in Abb.
a in einer Vorderansicht dargestellt.
Downwardly tapered outlet spouts on storage containers. The invention relates to a downwardly tapered outlet spout on storage containers for granular or lumpy bulk goods, in which an endless conveyor, e.g. B. a belt conveyor is installed as a floor. The peculiarity of the invention is that the tapered and laterally extending snout from the bunker. with the endless, mechanically operated conveyor center on the conveyor side that serves as the bottom, and that the width of the conveyor is kept as small as possible in relation to the width of the outlet opening in the bunker, and that the shape of the snout and its dimensions are made in this way that mediating. of the aforementioned narrow conveying means, the entire amount of material emerging from the outlet opening. can be filled. This arrangement makes it possible to select the outlet opening of any size independently of the conveying means and to be able to produce the conveying means itself and its carrying means relatively easily, since it is greatly relieved. -In addition, the drive of the conveyor only requires a small amount of force, and the filling can be done with any fine taring. In the drawing, an outlet nozzle constructed according to the invention is shown in Fig. I in a longitudinal section and in Fig. A in a front view. According to this embodiment, the outlet spout is set as a horizontal attachment voy the outlet opening a in the outlet wall h of the bunker c. The initially vertical side walls d finally run obliquely inward to last an endless conveyor, such as. B. a chain conveyor e, to leave space, the stretched strand of which forms the bottom of the snout. The rear wall g of the outlet spout remaining between the bunker floor and the endless conveyor floor e is expediently beveled and serves as a drainage floor for the emerging material. A freely movable door 1a is suspended within the snout, which, if necessary, can be determined in any open position with the aid of known devices. The length of the snout is generally dimensioned so that the lower edge of the slope of the material, which is set in a natural slope on the endless conveyor floor when the door is fully open, does not quite reach the discharge edge of the floor. In contrast, the outlet opening a is chosen to be as large as possible, for the purpose of allowing large quantities of material to pass through.
The door h prevents material from spraying out when filling the bunker,
when filling - the same is raised and now usually serves as a layer regulator.
As a result of the relatively large outlet width a is also
When the bunker is full, a correspondingly large amount of material emerges into the outlet nozzle.
In this case, there is only a relatively low load of goods on the endless conveyor
c to rest and becomes the greater load from the sloping side walls and the sloping ones
Drain bottom of the outlet spout added. The converging slopes of these
Walls have a constant compulsion for the filling goods, after the endless conveyor floor
to fall off, result in 'and also cause a favorable relocation of the goods at
Exit from the bunker, ultimately causing bridges to form in the outlet opening
excludes. If the endless conveying means e is now moved, then as a result of the mass adhesion.,
reinforced by the compulsion to fall behind, in each case the whole from the outlet opening
escaping product quantity for filling.
Konstruktionsaufwand. The arrangement described in this way allows the removal of enormous amounts
Amounts of goods from any size bunker openings with a relatively narrow one
and also easily constructed conveyors and with a minimum of effort and power
Construction effort.
