Description

Sperr holzplatte.

Plywood board. It is known to produce plywood sheets, in particular special for doors in this way. that at least three layers of strips form a rib, in which the strips of two adjacent layers are arranged crosswise to one another. Loosely combined strips of the other two wood layers are glued onto the middle wood layer of the framework, which consists of spaced strips. The glueing of the three pieces of wood, which consisted of loosely lined up strips, required significant work and made the entire plywood panel more expensive.

To simplify this work and at the same time to get the technical advantages of the plywood panels is the purpose of the present invention. On the accompanying drawing voltage are shown in Figs. 1 and 2, two example, embodiments of the plywood sheet according to the invention in perspective views.

The plywood panel shown in Fig. 1 has a central wood layer 1, which consists of strips 2 held at a distance from one another. On this wood layer, wood layers made of fylesser veneer panels 3 are glued onto the sides, which are broken innumerable times by rolling along the fiber direction, in such a way that breaks 5 gape on both sides. One side 6 of these 1VIesser veneer panels is glued onto the middle layer 1 in such a way that their fiber direction runs transversely to the strips 2. On the other hand, the panels 3 are glued to the face veneers 4.

According to FIG. 2, peeled veneer panels are glued on instead of oil veneer panels. As a result of the bending up after peeling, these have numerous breaks 5 running in the direction of the fibers, all of which gape towards the same side, and are glued to the strips of the wooden board 1 with this side 6. On the contiguous outer surface of the peeling veneers are then glued as in Fig. 1 Deckfur kidney 4.

The peeled veneers could also be divided into strips in the grain direction, which lie next to one another, so that the joints run across the strips of the middle wood layer. This plywood sheet described causes lower production costs than the aforementioned plywood sheet and its insensitivity to weathering and tem peratures is such that a throwing of doors made from this plywood sheet ete. is excluded.
