Description

  

  Einrichtung zur Entfernung der Asche aus Öfen und Herden.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ein  richtung zur Entfernung der Asche aus Öfen  und Herden. Die Erfindung besteht darin,  dass der Boden des     Aschraumes    einen Trich  ter bildet, dessen Auslaufrohr zusammen mit  dem anschliessenden, das Auslaufrohr mit  dem Kamin verbindenden Rohrstutzen im  spitzen Winkel zur Horizontalebene verläuft.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Ver  bindung mit einem Ofen dargestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch den  Ofen, und       Fig.    2 die Einrichtung zur Entfernung  der Asche in kleinerem     Massstabe.     



  Es ist a. der     Aschraum    des Ofens     b.    Um  nun ein Verschmutzen des Zimmers wie bei  der bisher üblichen Entfernung der Asche       und    den hierfür erforderlichen Zeitaufwand  herabzusetzen, bildet der Boden des     Asch-          raumes    einen Trichter, dessen aus dem Ofen  ragendes Auslaufrohr c mit dem anschliessen  den, das Auslaufrohr mit dem Kamin d ver-    bindenden Rohrstutzen im spitzen Winkel  zur Horizontalebene verläuft. Die Asche fällt  infolgedessen selbsttätig in den Kamin d,  welcher am untern Ende im Keller des Ge  bäudes hinter einer durch einen Schieber  verschliessbaren Öffnung f eine Gleitbahn e  besitzt.

   Nach Öffnen der     Öffnung    f fällt die  Asche in einen Behälter     g,    aus dem sie in eine  vorhandene     Aschgrube    befördert oder von  dem sie zum Beispiel in grösseren Städten  von einer Zentralstelle abgeholt wird.

In order to reduce the soiling of the room as with the previously usual removal of ash and the time required for this, the bottom of the ash chamber forms a funnel, the outlet pipe c protruding from the furnace with the adjoining, the outlet pipe with the chimney d ver - the binding pipe socket runs at an acute angle to the horizontal plane. As a result, the ashes automatically fall into the chimney d, which has a slide e at the lower end in the basement of the building behind an opening f which can be closed by a slide.

   After opening the opening f, the ash falls into a container g, from which it is transported into an existing ash pit or from which it is picked up, for example, in larger cities from a central point.

PATENT CLAIM: Device for removing ashes from ovens and stoves, characterized in that the bottom of the ash room forms a funnel, the outlet pipe of which runs together with the adjoining pipe socket connecting the outlet pipe to your chimney at an acute angle to the horizontal plane.
