Betoiifnss for wooden poles. The well-known concrete feet for wooden poles are made either from rammed, cast or spun concrete. The wooden mast is usually fastened by means of clamps, which are braced with counter brackets that engage the mast foot and that either encompass the mast foot or are passed through it.
These counter brackets can be avoided if the ends of the clamps are anchored directly on the abutment surfaces of the mast base. Since the base of the mast then has to have reinforcements in the area of the clamps, the result is a shape that cannot be produced with the methods previously used. The irregular shape excludes tamped concrete from the start, quite apart from the fact that this is no longer considered at all if the concrete foot is longer. The reinforcements are exposed to high stresses that the porous and less resistant cast concrete would not be able to withstand.
The centrifugal method cannot be used because the reinforcements cause the wall thickness to be irregular.
The invention makes it possible to produce concrete feet regardless of the respective shape while achieving particular strength. It consists in the fact that the concrete base for wooden masts consists of a concrete body produced using the vibration process, on which the seating surfaces for the mast are arranged. In this method, which is known per se, the filled mold is exposed to vibrations in that the vibrators consisting of small cylinders with pistons moved back and forth by compressed air are attached to the mold wall.
The extremely rapid successive impacts (in both directions together 4,000 to 8,000 impacts per minute) require a uniform texture and a very dense structure of the concrete body. The vibrators are expediently placed in the area of the reinforcements of the concrete body that have to absorb particular loads. As tests have shown, the effect of the vibrators can be increased if two or three of them are in different directions, e.g. B. according to the axial directions of the spatial coordinate system are angeord net.
In the drawing, a concrete foot according to the invention is shown, for example. FIG. 1 shows a view with partial section, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II of FIG.
The concrete foot provided in the present case for more convenient replacement of the mast with seats for two masts consists of a tube 1 closed at the top, which has 5 band-like reinforcements 2, 3 and an anchor plate 4 at the lower end of the mast. The United reinforcements 2, 3 have recesses 10, 11 which form the seat surfaces for the mast, with. the lower recesses are completed by a console 13 on which the mast rests.
The clamps 6 are passed through channels of the reinforcements and are anchored at their ends by means of nuts and washers directly to the abutment surfaces of the concrete, which are formed by niche-like depressions.
