Carts for lifting and transporting objects that can be gripped under and for transporting objects of all kinds. The present invention relates to a cart that is suitable for lifting and transporting objects that can be gripped under, for example wheels, and for transporting objects of all kinds. It consists of a mobile, standing frame with which a vine and carrying device is connected.
Known carts of this type suffer from the inconvenience that the objects to be lifted or transported by them, for example wheels, are not lifted directly from the ground, but can only be grasped by them after the object in question has been so far by other means has been raised so that a support part of the lifting device can be pushed under him.
This drawback is eliminated by the present invention in that .the objects to be lifted and gripped under, for example wheels, are supported by two. A 'threaded spindle connected support arms un indirectly grasped, so can be lifted and transported without prior lifting. The two support arms, which are mechanically connected to one another and therefore move synchronously, lifts in an exactly perpendicular direction, which is advantageous, for example, when placing removed truck wheels on their axis. The use of a threaded spindle to operate the lifting device also allows fine, sensitive adjustment.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows one half of the cart in a front view, FIG. 2 shows a vertical cross section, and FIG. 3 shows a plan view.
A trapezoidal frame 1 with legs angled in cross section is provided at the lower corners with arms 2 extending perpendicular to its plane to the rear. At both ends of the arms are bearings 3 for rollers 4 placed on, and between them are provided on the inside of the arms bearing eyes 5, in which shafts 6 are rotatably mounted. These shafts 6 protrude from the front of the frame 1 and are firmly connected to an arm 7 at each of the protruding ends.
These arms 7 are articulated by means of bolts 8 and are connected via slots on side arms 9 of a common plate 10 arranged symmetrically to the vertical center plane of the frame 1. On the inside of this plate "10, the thread 11 is screwed in, through which a threaded spindle 12 carrying a handwheel -13 at the upper end goes.
The bearings of this spindle are located at the top and bottom of a guide frame 14 attached to the frame, 1 _, in which the plate 10 rises and falls in a dovetail guide.
On the rear side of the frame 1 sit on the shafts 6 each two support arms 15, which wear a roller 16 at their inner ends together.
Through the upper corners of the frame 1, the legs 18 of a bracket engage, the web 19 of which carries a bar 20 which can be adjusted and locked and which is directed perpendicular to the frame plane and at the rear end of which an arm 21 is seated so that it is right in a horizontal and vertical position Location can be determined. Handles 22 attached to the side strips of the frame 1 facilitate the pushing of the cart.
Having wheels by means of the Kar rens happens roughly in the following way: The cart is pushed against the wheel from one end of the wheel, the frame 1 parallel to the wheel, until the rollers 16 are below it. It is irrelevant whether the wheel is on the ground or has already been lifted from it by any provisions. The spindle 12 is now rotated by means of the handwheel 13 in such a way that the mat 10 carried by it moves upwards. Since the arms 15 are rotated at the same time upwards through the intermediary of the arms 7 and shafts 6 and .that the rollers 16 ge raised, which in turn lift the wheel vertically.
If this is to be lifted off and conveyed somewhere, then the rod 20 is first left down to the wheel circumference and it is set in its longitudinal direction so that the downward arm 21 rests on the wheel so that it is at the front and back, above and is recorded below (Fig. 3), and can be driven away on the cart without white teres.
Since the cart also allows the lifting of wheels standing on the ground and, if necessary, other objects that can be gripped under, it can be used for various types of workplaces. About this it can also be used with advantage to promote any objects that do not have to be lifted first, but can simply be placed on the extension arms 2, if necessary with the interposition of an existing bridge of bars, boards or the like.
Since the objects can be well attached to the cart, there is also the benefit of doing certain work on them while they are on the cart. This shortens the process. Since objects that are lifted from the ground by means of the cart can also be put back on the ground by means of the cart, a single man is sufficient for loading and unloading such objects. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the safe functioning of the device reduces the risk of accidents and material damage.
