Druckregler.

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Meridianschnitt eines Druckreglers mit einer in der Mündung des Verbindungskanals angeordneten Düse, Fig. 2 einen ebensolchen, wobei der Ver bindungskanal in einer ringförmigen Nut des Gehäuses endigt; Fig. 3 zeigt eine andere Ausbildung der Düse als in Fig. 1; Fig. 4 ist ein Meridianschnitt durch eine andere -Ausführungsform des Druckreglers, bei welcher die Düse in einer das Gehäuse quer .durchsetzenden Bohrung, in welcher der Verbindungskanal endigt, angeordnet ist;
Pressure regulator. The invention relates to a pressure regulator with a device for increasing the regulated pressure with increasing passage amount of the gas, in which from the closed space below a regulator membrane a line with its mouth under suction leads to the space of lower pressure. This line was allowed to open into a nozzle on the outlet side of the valve and a recess was provided behind this nozzle. There. This creates a blasting device with which a corresponding suction effect is achieved by temporarily converting the pressure into speed.
But since you cannot convert pressure into speed and vice versa without loss, by increasing the operating resistance you cannot use such pressure regulators where the admission pressure in and of itself is only low, so that the pressure loss is not a higher amount may accept.
According to the invention, these difficulties are avoided in that the opening of the connecting line between the two spaces lies in a lateral expansion of the gas flow path causing a loss-free flow around the valve disk, namely in that the expansion starts from the valve seat in such a way that the gas flowing around the valve is inverted sweeps past the mouth of the connecting line.
The connecting line can end either in a nozzle or in an annular housing with a Jes. The opening of the connecting line is expediently arranged at the deflection point of the lateral widening of the flow path.
For the purpose of exact location in the mouth

<tb> s <SEP> forward <SEP> hastily, <SEP> this <SEP> in <SEP> one <SEP> from <SEP> the <SEP> room

<tb> to be arranged, <SEP> in <SEP> which <SEP> the <SEP> connection l .-. "nal <SEP> with <SEP> the <SEP> room <SEP> under <SEP> the <SEP> Working membrane <SEP> expediently opens into <SEP> vertically <SEP>.
The invertebrate flow of the gas flowing around the valve and thus the accuracy of the control can advantageously be increased in that the valve disk on the nozzle side is spaced a greater distance from the valve seat than on the opposite side.
On .der- attached drawing several embodiments of the subject invention and a detailed variant are presented.
Fig. 1 shows a meridional section of a pressure regulator with a nozzle arranged in the mouth of the connecting channel, Fig. 2 shows a similar one, the connecting channel ending in an annular groove of the housing; Fig. 3 shows a different design of the nozzle than in Fig. 1; 4 is a meridional section through another embodiment of the pressure regulator, in which the nozzle is arranged in a bore which transversely penetrates the housing and in which the connecting channel ends;
FIG. 5 shows a modification of the embodiment according to FIG. 4 with an obliquely large valve disk.
In the various figures and the drawing voltage, the same parts are always given the same reference numerals. 1 is the inlet chamber of the pressure regulator, 2 the outlet chamber, 3 the valve disc, 4 the valve seat, 5 .the connecting spindle between the valve disc 3 and a pressure compensation membrane 6, and the working membrane 7 of the pressure regulator. 8 is the connecting line between the output space 2 of the controller and the space 9 under .the working diaphragm 7, and 14 the output of the controller. The space 11 above the working membrane 7 is in communication with the outside air through the nozzle-like opening 12.
Instead of using the nozzle 12, however, the connection between the space 11 and the outside air can also be achieved in some other way, for example by means of a device which closes the connection 12 'to the outside air when the membrane 7 leaks. The compensating diaphragm 6 makes the pressure regulator independent of the size of the pressure in space 1, the so-called pre-pressure, in a known manner, in that the effective area of the diaphragm ")" is as large as the effective area of the valve 3 ".
The gas path through the regulator is generally as indicated by the arrow line.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a nozzle 13 is set into the confluence of the connecting channel 8 in the space 2. The mouth 10 of the extraction nozzle 7 3 in the space 2 is so that the gas sweeps past its mouth 10 roughly parallel to the direction of the extraction nozzle 13. If the amount of gas flowing through the pressure regulator increases, the speed in space 2 increases. The greater the speed of the gas, the greater the suction effect taking place in the mouth 10 and the lower the pressure in space 8 compared to the pressure in room 2.
However, this is precisely the prerequisite for the regulated pressure in outlet 1-1 to increase as the flow rate increases.
The suction can still be increased by the fact that the mouth 10 of the cylindrical nozzle tube 13 is sharpened, as shown in FIG. 1, or on other Ari; designed to be more absorbent. For example, the nozzle 15 shown in FIG. 3 can be built into the pressure regulator instead of the nozzle 13 provided in FIG. 1 with a cylindrical outer wall. In the case of nozzle 1. "D, the lower end 16 expands outwards, which also enables a somewhat stronger suction effect to be achieved.
The arrow indicating the flow shows how the mouth 10 or. When using the object according to Figure 3, the mouth 16, in a lateral expansion of the flow path is in animal-like formation of the Seitenwandun gene of the regulator body that the gas coming from the valve inverted at the nozzle mouth 10 respectively. 16 sweeps past. According to Fig. 2, the space 2 asked an annular groove 17 for the gas flowing out,
into which the connecting channel 8 opens. The upper edge 18 between the groove 17 and the channel 8 protrudes somewhat from the lower edge 19, jvorlurch the suction in the groove 17 is increased. The groove 17 does not need to be completely closed in a circular manner, but a partial gap at one point in the housing can suffice.
However, several connection ducts 8 can be provided at different points in order to give off the pressure at various points after the area 2 and there when the valve is slightly open on one side or when the boundary walls of the room 2 run on one side to create a certain amount of compensation for the intrinsic irregularities.
In the other exemplary embodiments, too, several connection openings can be provided between space 2) and space 9.
In the arrangement of the nozzle 13 in your embodiment according to Füg. 1 in the bore run @ sacae of the connecting channel 8, the suction nozzle must be guided from above through the blocking bore. If the hole is inaccurate, for example due to the drill running ver, the nozzle is not in the right place. This changes the suction effect so that the pressure curve is not maintained.
that the sailor should have. It is therefore. as already mentioned at the beginning, advantageous, cl; Assign a nozzle in a transverse bore extending from the space behind the valve and penetrating the housing wall, in which the connecting channel 8 with the space 9 -under the working membrane 7 opens out vertically. In FIG Such an embodiment of the controller is shown in a bore 20 leading from the space 2 of the housing to the outside.
the nozzle body 21 is screwed in, the longitudinal bore of which opens into a slot 22. This passes transversely through the nozzle 21 and is limited to the outside by an oblique tab 23. At the end of the nozzle 21 opposite the slot 22 ″: = this has a slot 24 which is used to attach a screw-in key and which is expediently placed in such a position that it lies perpendicular or parallel to the milling direction slot 22. Man Then when the nozzle 21 is screwed in, it recognizes the correct position of the transverse slot 22 from the position of the screw-in seat 24.
With the design described, it is also easy to give the tab 23 an exact position in relation to the valve spindle 5. For this purpose, the contact surface 25 for the head of the screw plug 26 located on the outside of the housing is milled in such a way that the surface is spaced a certain distance from the center of the valve, and on the other hand the nozzle screw 21 is always produced in a uniform length in series production. The correct screw-in depth of the nozzle screw 21 can then easily be checked from the contact surface 25.
The possible deviation of the actual position of the inclined surface 23 from the normal position then results in equal to the half pitch of the screw-in thread, a deviation that is permissible. As mentioned above, the control accuracy of the controller described is influenced by the invertebrate and even flow of the gas.
It has been found, however, that a uniform and eddy-free flow of the gas can be promoted significantly because the valve disk 3 on the nozzle side is at a greater distance from the seat than on the opposite side. Pressure regulators with such a device are more uniform in terms of their effect and more precise in control than when the valve disk is constantly perpendicular to the spindle axis.
The inclined position of the valve disk can be made possible in various ways. Particularly favorable is an arrangement in which the connection between the valve spindle and the valve plate does not act in the axes of both parts, but is offset by the same amount on both parts on the same side, ie is eccentric.
Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 5 in an embodiment of the controller according to FIG. 4. On the lower end face of the spindle 5 and on the valve disk 3 an eyelet 27 and 28 are attached, which are mutually keep in touch. Both eyelets 27 and 28 are moved out of the center by the same amount on the same side, with both eyelet 27 being eccentric to the axis of spindle 5 and eyelet 28 being eccentric to center of plate 3.
Due to the eccentric arrangement of the eyelets 27 and 28, the axes of the spindle 5 and the plate 3 only coincide in the final position, that is, the plate 3 sits in the raised state centered on the seat 4. As a result of the movable attachment of the Plate 3 he will straighten up as the amount of passage decreases, so that in the final position .tight contact with the seat is possible.
In addition to the one just described, other designs are possible so that the plate 3 after the nozzle 13 Ti. 1) or 21 (Fig. 4) is given an inclined inclined position that opens up, i.e. the valve disk on the nozzle side protrudes further from the seat 4 than on the opposite side.
