Brûleur. L'objet de la présente invention est un brüleur comportant, montés à la suite les uns des autres et sur le même arbre, un moteur, au moins un ventilateur et un diffu seur d'air, des moyens étant prévus permet tant de régler l'admission de l'air, de guider celui-ci au ventilateur et, de là, au diffuseur, ce dernier étant disposé de façon à permettre de mélanger intimement l'air et le combus tible.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La figure unique est une vue longitu dinale en coupe partielle d'un brûleur à huile. Le -brûleur représenté comporte, placés dans un carter 7 et montés sur un arbre 1: un moteur électrique 2 actionnant un venti lateur 3 ainsi qu'un diffuseur 4, ce dernier étant ajusté au moyen du filetage b sur l'extrémité de l'arbre 1 ; le gueulard 10, dans lequel a lieu la combustion de l'huile, est fixé au carter 7, ainsi que le moteur 2, ce der- nier au fiasque 6 au moyen de tenons tels que 8.
L'air alimentant le gueulard 10 pénètre dans le carter 7 par les ouvertures 17, ré glables au moyen du couvercle 18 pouvant être actionné à l'aide d'un bouton 19, tra verse l'espace 20 en refroidissant le moteur, puis, par les aubes directrices 9, pénètre dans le ventilateur 3 d'oÙ ledit air est chassé par le canal 11 vers les orifices du diffuseur 4, cet air traversant ainsi le carter dans le sens de la longueur; celui-ci comprend des ou vertures 12, formées par les nervures 21 sup portant le tube fileté 22, et des séries cir culaires d'orifices 13, 14, lrv et 16.
L'huile est amenée au moyen d'un conduit 23 à l'entrée du diffuseur 4 et dans le voisinage de l'axe de celui-ci, de façon à obtenir la pulvérisation de ladite huile par la force centrifuge due à la rotation du diffuseur.
Une série circulaire d'ouvertures 24 pra tiquée dans le carter permet également de fournir l'air supplémentaire nécessaire à la combustion. Le brûleur représenté est avantageux par le fait que le moteur, le ventilateur, le dif fuseur et le gueulard forment un tout facile à déplacer. D'autre part, par la rotation du diffuseur et la pulvérisation de l'huile due à cette rotation, on peut obtenir. un mélange intimé de l'air et des particules d'huile, ce qui permet d'assurer et d'obtenir un vende- ment particulièrement élevé. Enfin, l'air d'ali mentation permet un excellent et économique refroidissement du moteur.
Burner. The object of the present invention is a burner comprising, mounted one after the other and on the same shaft, a motor, at least one fan and an air diffuser, means being provided so that it can be adjusted. The single figure is a partial sectional longitudinal view of an oil burner. The -burner shown comprises, placed in a housing 7 and mounted on a shaft 1: an electric motor 2 actuating a fan 3 and a diffuser 4, the latter being adjusted by means of the thread b on the end of the tree 1; the throat 10, in which the oil combustion takes place, is fixed to the crankcase 7, as well as the engine 2, the latter to the flask 6 by means of tenons such as 8.
The air supplying the throat 10 enters the housing 7 through the openings 17, adjustable by means of the cover 18 which can be operated using a button 19, passes through the space 20 while cooling the engine, then, through the guide vanes 9, enters the fan 3 from where said air is expelled through the channel 11 towards the orifices of the diffuser 4, this air thus passing through the casing lengthwise; the latter comprises or vertures 12, formed by the ribs 21 sup carrying the threaded tube 22, and circular series of orifices 13, 14, lrv and 16.
The oil is brought by means of a conduit 23 to the inlet of the diffuser 4 and in the vicinity of the axis of the latter, so as to obtain the spraying of said oil by the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the Streamer.
A circular series of openings 24 made in the casing also makes it possible to supply the additional air necessary for combustion. The burner shown is advantageous in that the motor, the fan, the diffuser and the mouthpiece form an easy to move whole. On the other hand, by rotating the diffuser and spraying the oil due to this rotation can be obtained. an intimate mixture of air and oil particles, which makes it possible to ensure and obtain a particularly high sales. Finally, the supply air provides excellent and economical engine cooling.
