Kinoaufnahmeapparat. Infolge der unvermeidlichen Abweichun gen von Dicke und Lochabständen bei Kino filmen kommt es häufig vor, dass die Greifer klauen in Kinoaufnahmeapparaten den Film nicht erfassen und die zwischen Bildbühne und Nachwickeltrommel vorgesehene Film schleife, die zum Ausgleich des ruckweisen Transportes des Greifers gegenüber dem gleichmässigen Abzug des Films durch die Transporttrommel vorgesehen ist, während des Ablaufes: des Werkes aufgezehrt wird.
Ohne Filmschleife zwischen Bildbühne und Nachwickeltrommel ist aber ein ruhiger Bild stand unmöglich, da die kontinuierlich lau fende Nachwickeltrommel den Film während des Leerhubes des Greifers aus dem Fenster zieht. Dadurch entstehen die unerwünschten Bildverzerrungen, die leider erst beim Ent wickeln des Bildbandes erkannt werden.
Es ist deshalb bereits vorgeschlagen wor den, ,die Aufzehrung .der Filmschleife bei Kinoaufnahmeapparaten durch ein fühl- oder sichtbares Zeichen anzuzeigen, um den Auf nehmenden auf die drohende Bildverzerrung aufmerksam zu machen, und ihn zu veran lassen, die aufgezehrte Filmschleife in der Dunkelkammer wieder herzustellen. Letztere Massnahme bedeutet aber besonders wegen des Zeitverlustes einen grossen und oft nicht wieder gut zu machenden Nachteil.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Kino aufnahmeapparat, der beim Aufzehren der zwischen Bildbühne und Nachwickeltrommel befindlichen Filmschleife selbsttätig still gesetzt wird. Der Erfindungsgegenstand zeichnet sich aus durch eine Einrichtung, die die normale Filmschleife wieder herzustellen gestattet, ohne :den Deckel .des Apparates öffnen zu müssen.
Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungs gegenstandes weist einen Fühlhebel auf, der die Aufzehrung der Filmschleife anzeigt und .das Werk gleichzeitig stillsetzt, und der mit einer Schubstange verbunden ist, die bei Be tätigung sowohl die Filmschleife wiederher stellt, als auch das Werk wieder freigibt.
Inder Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungs foren :des, Erfindungsgegenstandes beispiels weise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Abb. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Kinoaufnahmeapparates während des normalen Filmablaufes, Abb. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Kinoaufnahmeappara- tes bei der Sperrung des Werkes: In dem ginoaufnahmeapparat 1 ruht ein Fühlhebel 2, der um ,den Bolzen 3 drehbar gelagert ist und an seinem freien Ende eine Rolle 4 trägt.
Die Rolle 4 hebt bei der Auf zehrung der Filmschleife den Hebel 2 und damit die an ihm am Bolzen 5 angelenkte Schubstange 6 an. Durch das Anheben der Schubstange 6 tritt einerseits die INTase 8 an der Schubstange 6 mit einem der Sperrbolzen 9 des Triebwerkes in Verbindung, anderseits springt das freie obere Ende der Schubstange 6, das einen als Warnungszeichendienenden Betätigungsknopf 7 trägt, aus dem Apparat gehäuse hervor und deutet so dem Aufneh menden an, dass die Filmschleife nicht mehr die erforderliche Grösse besitzt.
Soll der Ap parat wieder in Tätigkeit gesetzt werden und ohne Gefährdung des Filmes einwandfrei arbeiten, so hat der Aufnehmende lediglich den Knopf 7 wieder in das Innere des Appa rates zu drücken. Durch diese Massnahme wird einerseits die Nase 8 aus. dem Weg der Sperrbolzen 9 gerückt und dadurch das Werk freigegeben, anderseits .stellt die Rolle 4 am Hebel 2 wieder die normale Film schleife zwischen Filmbühne 10 und Trans porttrommel 11 her (vergl. Abb. 2, die ge strichelte Darstellung).
Damit die Schub stange 6 während des Ablaufes des Werkes in der in Abb. 1 gezeigten Lage festgehalten wird und trotzdem, nach zwei Richtungen hin federt, das heisst nach oben beim Anheben des Hebels 2 .,durch den Film und nach unten beim Herabdrückendes Knopfes 7 durch den Aufnehmenden, sind zwei Federn 12 und 13 am Gehäuse des ginoaufnahmeapparates be festigt, die einen an -der -Schubstange 6- be- findlichen Anschlagbolzen 14 umschliessen.
Ferner befindet sich zwischen beiden Federn 12 und 13 ein an der Werkplatte des Auf nahmeapparates befestigter Anschlagbolzen 15, der die Federn in der in Abb. 1 gezeigten Stellung hält. Die Feder 13 ist etwas stärker als die Feder 12, um das: Gestänge 2, 6 nach Wiederherstellung der Filmschleife wieder in die Ausgangslage (Abb. 1) zu führen.
Cinema recorder. It has therefore already been proposed to indicate the consumption of the film loop in cinema recording devices by means of a tactile or visible sign in order to make the recorder aware of the imminent image distortion and to induce him to return the used film loop in the darkroom to manufacture. The latter measure, however, is a major and often irreparable disadvantage, especially because of the loss of time.
The subject of the invention is a cinema recording apparatus which is automatically shut down when the film loop located between the picture stage and the rewinding drum is consumed. The subject of the invention is characterized by a device that allows the normal film loop to be restored without: having to open the lid of the apparatus.
One embodiment of the subject of the invention has a feeler lever that indicates the consumption of the film loop and .das stops working at the same time, and which is connected to a push rod that both restores the film loop when actuated and releases the work again.
In the drawing, an execution foren: of the subject of the invention is shown as an example, namely Fig. 1 shows a side view of the cinema recording apparatus during the normal film sequence, Fig. 2 is a side view of the cinema recording apparatus when the work is blocked: In the gino recording apparatus 1 rests Feeler lever 2, which is rotatably mounted around the bolt 3 and carries a roller 4 at its free end.
The roller 4 lifts the lever 2 and thus the push rod 6 hinged to it on the bolt 5 when the film loop is consumed. By lifting the push rod 6, on the one hand, the INTase 8 on the push rod 6 connects to one of the locking bolts 9 of the engine; on the other hand, the free upper end of the push rod 6, which carries an actuation button 7 serving as a warning sign, jumps out of the apparatus housing and indicates in such a way that the film loop no longer has the required size.
If the apparatus is to be put back into operation and to work properly without endangering the film, the person taking the picture only has to press button 7 back into the interior of the apparatus. This measure, on the one hand, makes the nose 8 off. moved the way of the locking pin 9 and thereby released the work, on the other hand, the roller 4 on the lever 2 again the normal film loop between the film stage 10 and transport drum 11 ago (see. Fig. 2, the dashed lines ge).
So that the push rod 6 is held in the position shown in Fig. 1 during the course of the work and still springs in two directions, i.e. upwards when lifting the lever 2., Through the film and downwards when pressing the button 7 by the recipient, two springs 12 and 13 are fastened to the housing of the gino recording apparatus, which enclose a stop bolt 14 located on the push rod 6-.
Furthermore, between the two springs 12 and 13 there is a stop pin 15 which is attached to the work plate of the receiving apparatus and which holds the springs in the position shown in FIG. The spring 13 is a little stronger than the spring 12, in order to guide the rods 2, 6 back to the starting position (Fig. 1) after the film loop has been restored.
