Concrete structure with a profile iron beam and a concrete slab. It is known, for example, to use lattice-girder-shaped iron inserts in ceiling constructions in reinforced concrete, where the latticework, which allows the formwork to be at least partially avoided during the creation of the ceiling, makes it impossible to slide in the concrete and the thrust transfer between the BEZW on train. Iron and concrete parts subject to pressure are guaranteed.
In the so-called Pohlmann ceiling, these lattice girders have been replaced by bulbe irons, which have a very similar effect. The web of this iron is broken in places, so that when the concrete mass penetrates these openings, an intimate connection between the concrete and iron is created. By introducing flat iron loops through these openings, the anchoring between the bull iron and the pressure zone of the concrete can be increased.
The manufacture of such shear-proof anchors is, however, sometimes quite laborious and expensive. The present invention now aims to simplify such connections. It relates to a concrete structure with a Profileisenträ ger and a concrete slab, in which construction for the purpose of a shear-resistant connection between the profile iron support and the Be concrete plate on the upper support flange of the profile iron at least one curved iron rod is welded and concreted in the concrete slab. Several iron rods can also be welded on, which can be curved either in a wave-like or helical shape.
Several embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a first Ausfüh approximately example in cross and longitudinal section; 3 and 4 are cross-sectional and longitudinal sections of a second and sections corresponding to FIGS. 5 and 6 through a third embodiment.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, I-irons a are provided as profile iron supports for a shuttering-free ceiling. On the upper support flange of this iron profile two mutually shifted, wave-shaped iron rods b are welded; which are concreted in the concrete slab c.
The exemplary embodiment shown in Figs. Ss and 4 also has a 1-iron a, which, however, only carries a single wellenför-shaped iron rod bi, but whose individual waves are rotated alternately by a certain angle to achieve a better distribution the shear forces on the concrete slab c and to prevent a possible call cutting the concrete slab in the event of strong shear loads. To enlarge the effective iron cross-section, for example, a flat iron lamella d can be welded onto the lower flange of the iron a.
The third exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 has the only difference compared to the first two mentioned a helically curved iron rod b2, which is welded onto the iron bar u.
The variously shaped iron parts, which serve as shear bars, engage in the concrete slab c and form a firm anchor with it. These shear irons are suitable for preventing mutual shifting or twisting between the profile iron and the concrete slab and for transferring the shear forces that occur when the supporting structure is subjected to bending loads from the slab to the profile iron. Even if the profile iron support with the concrete plate is only in contact with the upper flange surface, the bond effect due to the welded iron rods is still perfect.
During the construction process and before the concrete slab hardens, the profile iron acts solely as a carrier. After the concrete has solidified, the lower support flange takes over the tensile stresses of the entire structure, and flat iron lamellae can be welded on, depending on the respective bending moment, to increase the effective iron cross-section, as indicated above for the second embodiment.
