According to FIGS. 1 to 4, 1 is the pump body, which is hollow cylindrical and is screwed to the pump body base 4 by means of the screws 2 via the intermediate ring washer 3, the latter being welded to the oil reservoir 5. 6 are two bores running in the vertical direction, in which the piston cylinders 7 are inserted, in which pistons 8 play, which are driven by two cams 10 arranged offset to one another on the shaft 9. In steps of the piston cylinder 7 are supported on the piston 8 coil springs 11 are arranged.
In the axial direction of the pump body i, a bore 12 is provided between the bores 6, into which a suction pipe 13 extends, which dips into the oil in the reservoir 5. At the upper end, the valve body of the return valve 14 engages in the suction bore 12, which is formed by a pin provided with grooves 14 '. The Rücklaufventilkör by 14 can be moved up and down within certain limits and its upper, somewhat wider part engages in the sleeve 16 screwed into the head piece 15. The core 17 of a magnet which actuates the valve 14 and the winding of which is denoted by 18 protrudes into the latter from above.
In the middle part of the Pum penkörpers 1 transverse bores 19 are seen in front of which intake valves 20 sit; which the holes 6 cross. The internally remote parts of the transverse bores 19 run out into the longitudinal bore 12. In the intake valves 20 store the valve balls 22 loaded by coil springs 2'1, which move away from their seat when the piston 8 descends and thus bring the spaces 23 into communication with the bore 12, since the inside of the cylinder 7 with the inside of the valve 20 is in communication.
In the upper parts of the bores .6 'above the suction valves 20 pressure valves 24 are attached, which in turn are each provided with a valve ball 26 loaded by spring 2'5 and which allow access from the suction valve chambers respectively. Suction chambers 28 rule to the pressure distribution space 2 7, which is closed at the top by the head piece 15 . The head piece 15 is fixedly mounted by screws 29 on the pump body 1 covered with sealing rings 28. In the cover 15 four control solenoids 30 for the valves of the lifting devices, a safety valve 31 and a control valve 3.2 are attached. The valve stem of the valve 32 is ge compared to a contact 85 (Fig. 6), which is on the circuit of a control lamp.
When the pressure in the chamber rises, valve 32 is raised and contact 85 is closed. In a similar way, the valve 31 controls a contact 86 (Fig. 5), wel cher is in the circuit of the drive motor. Between the parts 30, 31, 32 in the middle of the cover 15 is the magnet 17. The magnet cores 34 of the control magnets 30, the winding of which is denoted by 33, protrude somewhat into the pressure distribution chamber 27 and are above the valves 35, which are located in the Channels 36 are located.
The latter describe a right angle in the area of the pump body and are connected to the lines 37 (Fig. 16) which lead to the lifting apparatus 38, one of which is arranged in the immediate vicinity of a wheel of the automobile on the frame 39 of the same . 40 is a cover cap fixed by screws 41 on the pump body, which covers the parts 18, 30, 31, 32 angeord Neten on the head piece 15. The lifting apparatus 38 can be operated individually as well as in pairs, and finally all four with one another by the electrical switching apparatus shown in FIGS. 7 to 12 and attached to the driver's seat of the vehicle.
The switchgear is formed by a housing 42 with an axis 43 which carries a contact bracket 44. A locking bracket 45 engages in a recess of the housing 42 to hold the axle 43 in place. 46 is a tension spring pushed onto the axis 43 and which presses on the contact bracket 44. 47 is a contact bridge for connecting the contacts arranged on contact plate 48 and 49 is a rear cover plate. A head 50 with pointer 51, which lies outside the housing 42, is seated on the axis 43. 52 'is a key which is inserted into the shaft 43 provided with a keyhole and can release the locking bracket 45.
On the pointer 51, a locking slide button 53 is attached to the rear side, which engages in each of the notches 54, which are provided on the outside of the housing 42. 55 is the control lamp controlled by the contact 85, which is located behind the glass window 5, 6 in the housing 42. 57 is a fuse inserted in terminal 58. 59 is a contact spring located in the circuit of the lamp 55, 60 are terminal screws, 61 a clamping bolt and 62 a clamping bracket for fastening the switching device to the wall 74; 63 is a spring influencing the clamping bracket 62. 64 is a power supply ring, 65 is a contact ring, which is connected to the circuit of the drive motor of the pump, and 66 connecting bridges for the contacts of the hydraulic lifting devices.
The hydraulic lifting devices used (Fig. 13 to 15) each consist of a socket 67 and two telescopic tubes 68, 69. The socket 67 has a fastening flange 70, by means of which the same on the front wheels, for example on the cross member 71 (Fig. 16 ) and is attached to the shaft housing 72 at the rear wheels in an appropriate manner. 73 is the connection for the line 37 leading to the pump. A compression ring 75 is screwed into the lower ends of the socket 67 and the telescopic tube 68 ', on which coil springs 76 are supported, which rest on the guide rings 77 at the other end . 78 are packs at the inner ends of the telescopic tubes 68, 69, the ring between the guide rings 77 and pack 79, respectively. Packing plug 80 are.
The springs 76 always endeavor to push the parts 67, 68, 69 together into the position shown in FIG. 15. In the lower end of the telescopic tube 69 La gerteile 81 are provided for a ball joint, which hold the ball head 82 which carries a threaded pin 83 with which the foot 84 is screwed. The flange 70 could also be designed as a clamp and the socket 67 could be fastened in this ver adjustable in order to make it easy to mount at the correct height in the various car systems.
The function of the described lifting device on automobiles is briefly fol lowing: When the drive shaft 9 is rotated by means of a motor not shown specifically, the piston 7 by means of the cam 10 is moved upwards. The springs 11 push the pistons 7 down again. When moving down, 01 is through the suction pipe 13 and longitudinal bore 12 in the left, respectively. right suction chamber 23 promoted. When the piston moves upwards, the valve balls 22 of the suction valves 20 close the connection to the longitudinal bore 12 and the 01 is conveyed into the pressure distribution chamber 27 by opening the pressure valves 24.
As soon as a certain pressure is generated in this, the control valve 32 closes the contact 85 so that the control lamp 55 lights up. The individually or together in action ge control solenoids 30 raise the associated valves 35, and the 01 flows through the corresponding channels 36 and lines 37 in the associated hydraulic lifting devices. If the pressure has reached a certain level, the safety valve 31 actuates the contact 86 arranged via this and the circuit in which the magnets are included is interrupted. The return valve 14 works like the valves 35 and is controlled by the solenoids 17, 18, which in turn is energized when the switching apparatus is set accordingly.
When the valve 14 is raised, the pressure oil flows through the bore 12 and the intake pipe 1, back into the reservoir 5 and the control lamp 55 in the switchgear goes out as soon as there is no more pressure in the room 27 and thus shows the driver the Mo ment when the hoists are up again.
The switch can only be actuated when the key 52 is inserted and the locking bracket 45 is brought out of the engagement position of the housing 42 through it. If you then turn the pointer (Fig. 10) to the left with the key, the right lifting device is actuated in position A and the left lifting device in position B, while in position C both front wheel lifting devices are actuated together. In position D, all four lifting devices are operated. When Dre hung to the right is in position E the right and in position F the left Hebevor direction of the rear wheels and in position G both operated together.
In position H, the magnet 17, 18 is switched on and the valve 14 is lifted so that the oil flows back from the pressure distribution chamber 27 into the reservoir 5. The pointer 51 is to be pulled slightly outwards when turning so that the contact clip 44 does not drag on the contacts in order to bypass them. As soon as you make contact, the circuit in which the drive motor for the shaft 9 is built is switched on and the pump starts to work. You can move the pointer to the H position to relieve the hydraulic lifting device. If there is no more pressure, which is indicated by the control lamp, the pointer is reset to the zero position drawn.
As soon as oil under pressure enters the normally contracted lifting device, the telescopic tube 69 is first pushed out, and this then takes the second telescopic tube 68 with it. The springs 76 are thereby compressed. When the tubes diverge, the footplate 84 rests on the floor and lifts the automobile, or the wheels, or one of the same. If all four hydraulic lifting devices are operated together, the automobile is raised evenly on all sides. As soon as the oil pressure drops through the return of the oil, the telescopic tubes contract again through the action of the springs 76.
The device described is suitable for all types of motor vehicles, such as automobiles, tractors, etc.
