Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserunlöslichen Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserunlöslichen Azofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-3.5-bistrifluor- methylbenzol mit 2'.3'-Ogynaphtoyl-l-amino- 2-methyl-4-chlorbenzol kuppelt. Die Einwir kung der beiden Komponenten aufeinander kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen.
Der in Substanz hergestellte Farbstoff bildet ein orangefarbenes Pulver und liefert, wenn auf der Faser erzeugt, ein lebhaftes Rotorange von sehr guter Licht- und Wasch echtheit. <I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer in der üblichen Weise aus 22,9 Gewichtsteilen 1-Ainino-3.5-bistrifluormethyl- benzol bereiteten Diazolösung fliesst langsam unter gutem Rühren eine natronalkalische Lösung von 31,2 Gewichtsteilen 2'.3'-Oxy- naphtoyl-l-amino-2-methyl-4-chlorbenzol, wel che mit der zur Bindung der überschüssigen Mineralsäure nötigen Menge Natriumacetat versetzt ist.
Nach Beendigung der Farbstoff bildung wird abfiltriert, gut mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Die Darstellung des Farbstoffes kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen. Wird der Farbstoff auf der Faser erzeugt, so erhält man ein lebhaftes Rotorange von sehr guter Licht- und Waschechtheit.

The dye, which is produced in substance, forms an orange powder and, when produced on the fiber, provides a vivid red-orange with very good light and wash fastness. <I> Example: </I> To a diazo solution prepared in the usual way from 22.9 parts by weight of 1-amino-3,5-bistrifluoromethylbenzene, an alkaline sodium solution of 31.2 parts by weight of 2'.3'- flows slowly with thorough stirring. Oxynaphtoyl-1-amino-2-methyl-4-chlorobenzene, which is mixed with the amount of sodium acetate necessary to bind the excess mineral acid.
When the dye has formed, it is filtered off, washed well with water and dried. The preparation of the dye can also take place in the presence of a substrate. If the dye is produced on the fiber, a vivid red-orange with very good lightfastness and washfastness is obtained.
