Hot water heating system with circulation pump. The invention relates to hot water heating systems with a circulation pump, which is built into either the flow or return and is provided with one or more overflow valves installed between the flow and return lines.
In the known devices of this type, the total amount of water flowing through the main line and the pump is kept constant by means of a built-in automatic pressure control device, with one or more borderline cases, namely when all heat consumers are working at full capacity Overflow valves are closed, but conversely they are fully open when all heat consumption settings are switched off.
Where an overflow valve is installed at the end of the flow line, one also strives for a constancy of the water flow through the lines by reducing the pressure differences between flow and return at this point and throughout the pipe by means of a pressure (, k- differential valve keeps almost constant, tim, when one or more heat consumers are switched off, the heating effect in the consumers that are still on is also kept practically unchanged.
According to the invention, the overflow valves are designed as multi-way valves and means are also provided which adjust the overflow valves as a function of a specific temperature required at the individual heat consumption points. This has the essential advantage that even if one or more heat consumers are shut off, the desired heat output of other radiators is not influenced by the resulting pressure increase and vice versa.
At the same time, the temperatures are automatically regulated directly at the consumption points. <B>. </B>
To explain the invention, an exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing, specifically the figure shows a schematic representation of a hot water pickling plant with a number of heat consumption points.
a denotes a boiler, <B> b </B> the flow line, <B> c </B> the return line. <B><I>d,</I></B> <I> e, <B> f </B> </I> and <B> '</B> q mean a number of heat consumption points . A special heat exchanger h is provided for the heat consumption point <B> d </B>.
A three-way valve is now provided for each heat consumption point, which through the intermediate line P to the flow line <B> b, </B> through the intermediate line i 'to the return line <B> o </B> and through the intermediate line i3 the heat exchanger h respectively. the heat consumption points <I> e, <B> f, g </B> </I> are connected.
The pump <B> k </B> causes the hot water to circulate in the sense of the drawn arrows <B> -. </B> There is also a central control valve <B> k '</B> between the The pump is switched on and the return <B> o </B> is present. At each point of consumption there is a self-regulating device gn, e.g. B. a thermostat is provided, which works as follows: <B>, </B> If the required heat output of a heat consumption point, z.
B. a radiator, is exceeded, the <B> path </B> i 'leading to the return is fully or partially released, while the path i' leading to the radiator remains unaffected, so that this An extraordinarily fine adjustment takes place without a significant change in the output of the other radiators.
The temperature controller can, however, also work in such a way that the path i3 leading to the radiator is influenced, while the path leading to the return remains unaffected. But it can. aubh a combination of these two control options take place by exceeding the required. Heat output the <B> way </B> leading to the return is opened accordingly and the line leading to the radiator is throttled accordingly.
The constructive formation <B> - </B> of the valves and the Reiler can take place in any way within the scope of the invention, and is in no way restricted by the exemplary embodiments given.
