Assembly line system for sewing companies. The invention relates to an assembly line system for sewing companies and consists in such an arrangement of the assembly line between tween the two sides' set up sewing machines that not only the top, but also the bottom running belt can be used to promote the work pieces. This belt can be referred to as a tier belt because of its arrangement and use.
The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a thus ver. See the assembly line system with sewing machines set up in the longitudinal direction in plan, Fig. 2 a cross-section through: the power tables and the assembly line.
The two belt parts a and b are supported by the belt runner tables c and d, one of which (c) between the two power tables e and f and the other (d) around so much above it, approximately at the level of the sewing machine thread spool pins, that the tape can be operated within easy reach.
The cut work material is placed at the table g in order to then be conveyed on the lower and upper part of the belt for the various work steps according to the arrow directions indicated. The transition of the work pieces from the lower belt run b to the returning upper belt run a takes place in such a way that the work pieces arriving at the end of run b are removed by the seamstress sitting at the beginning of run a and, after further processing, on the Trum a be laid.
The finished work pieces fall over the edge of the belt drum h into a provided container i or can also be removed by the person entrusted with the material task. The conveyor tables c and d are each provided with an edge strip to prevent the posted goods from reaching the side opposite the associated power table. In the exemplary embodiment shown, tables and belt strand b as well as table and belt strand a belong to one another.
The tape described and shown can be installed in existing two-row power plants with almost no operational disruption. The lower belt strand runs between the table tops at approximately the same height with the same (Fig. 2) and the upper belt strand approximately at the level of the sewing machine thread spool pins, so that you can work comfortably to and from the belt. Everyone in the sewing machine series works with the part of the belt belonging to it, the seamstresses on one side of the system with the one below, those on the other side with the one. upper part of the hinge.
This creates an orderly and clear workflow. The task of the work material and the acceptance of the -finished work is done at the same place and only by one person, which means one. Saving of space and manpower is related. The subject of the invention differs from the known assembly line systems with forward and reverse conveyor belts because of its simple and space-consuming construction, which brings about a substantial reduction in construction time and reduction in installation costs.
