Description

Schuhgelenkeinlage.

Shoe joint insert. The invention relates to a shoe joint insert, which can consist for example of leather, cardboard or the like suitable material.

The already known shoe joint insoles have been sharpened and stolen by suitable machines. As a result, however, the material was very weakened and the elasticity and durability of the shoe joint insert were greatly reduced.

According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that roughening grooves which increase the strength of the same are pressed into the piece of material forming the shoe joint insert on both sides. This gives the shoe joint insert a particularly large capacity for the adhesive. The fact that in the pressed roughening cells respectively. Ribs the adhesive compacts, a great elasticity and break resistance of the joint insert is achieved.

The production of such shoe joint insoles is significantly cheaper than before, since the BEZW for embossing. Punching the pieces related machine can also be set up at the same time for pressing in the roughening grooves.

An embodiment of the shoe joint insert is shown in the drawing, namely Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the underside of a shoe joint piece, Fig. 2 is a side view and Fig. D shows various groove compression molds.
