Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stark basischen Porphins. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines stark basischen Porphins und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Pyrroporphyrin mit Diäthylamiiioäthanol be handelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>1</B> gi- Pyrroporphyrin wird im Heizbad mit<B>5</B> ein' Diäthylamiiioäthariol <B>5-6</B> Stun den lang auf<B>155 0</B> erhitzt. Es tritt quanti tative Unisetzung zu einem stark basischen Porphin ein. Das Produkt kristallisiert beim Ei-kalten in grossen prismatischen Nadeln aus und wird durch Umkristallisieren aus einem Gemisch von Chloroform und Diäthylamitio- äthatiol mit einem korr. Smp. von<B>1880</B> er halten.
Zur Analyse wurde das mehrfach umkristallisierte neue Porphin im Hoch vakuum bei<B>25'</B> zur Gewichtskonstanz ge trocknet. Ber. für C97H4ssO2N5, <B>C 74,96</B> 0/". # 7,83%, N 11,82%, Gef. C 74,3601/0, # 7,84"/o, N 11,87%.
Das neue stark basische Porphin stellt einen dunkelrotbraunen Farbstoff dar, dessen Basizität so gross ist, dass er einer ätherischen Lösung mit beliebig schwachen Säuren quan titativ entnommen werden kann. Die Lösung seiner Salze mit starken Säuren in Wasser reagiert neutral und zeigt Neutralspektrum.
Die Analyse bestätigt das Vorliegen eines von Pyrroporphyrin verschiedenen, neuen Por- phins.

The new, strongly basic porphine is a dark red-brown dye, the basicity of which is so great that it can be quantitatively taken from an ethereal solution with any weak acids. The solution of its salts with strong acids in water reacts neutrally and shows a neutral spectrum.
The analysis confirms the presence of a new porphin other than pyrroporphyrin.
