Oil transformer with regulator switch. The regulating switch for oil transformers must be used for transport by road, rail, ship, etc. often because the available clearance space is exceeded, the isolators for the switch shaft protruding from your boiler are removed.
The subject matter of the invention is an oil transformer with a regulating switch, which is housed inside the transformer tank, in which this deficiency is eliminated by at least the part of the switch shaft located outside the transformer tank and an insulator body that protrudes outward for the passage of the shaft can be partially removed, while the control switch itself can remain in the transformer tank.
In the drawing are. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in longitudinal section in FIGS. 1 and 2. The oil-filled transformer tank with the cover b is denoted by a. The regulating switch e from which the line connections lead to the transformer (not shown) is located inside the boiler. The drive shaft d of the switch is passed through the cover b by means of the insulator e.
The shaft d is roughly in the plane of the cover, for example in that of the fastening flange for the insulator body located outside the transformer tank, so that the latter together with the upper shaft end for transport of the transformer can be removed and later mounted on the spot quickly, whereby the two shaft ends are coupled. The switch o can be suspended from the cover by means of an insulator base (Fig. 1) or by means of a rod or strut f (Fig. 2).
In order to enable the transformer to be taken out of the oil boiler by itself while the switch itself remains in it, openings which can be closed by covers are provided in the cover of the oil boiler or in its side wall with the help of which the connection lines between the switch and the transformer can be released from outside the oil boiler. These openings g also make it possible for the switch to be temporarily suspended on the wall of the transformer tank when the transformer is removed from the oil tank after it has been detached from the cover.
