Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     Fassonstüeken        für    Uhren, Zähler     ete.       Die in jüngster Zeit     entwickelten,    vergüte  baren Legierungen ermöglichen die Herstel  lung von     Fassonstücken    für Uhren, Zähler       ete.,    wie Hebel, Rundstangen und dergleichen,  wie sie als Bestandteile solcher Instrumente  bis heute durch Fräsen, Drehen, Bohren usw.  aus bestem Material, wie Stahl, gefertigt wer  den, auf dem Wege der Formung durch Pres  sen oder Stanzen.  



  Die Erfindung betrifft nun ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von     Fassonstücken     für Uhren, Zähler     etc.,    welches diesen Vorteil       vergütbarer    Legierung zunutze zieht. Erfin  dungsgemäss wird das Werkstück aus einer       vergütbaren        Legierung    in einer Matrize, zum  Beispiel durch Pressen oder     Stanzen,        geformt     und nach der Formgebung durch Vergütung  auf dem Wege des     Erhitzens    gehärtet. Als       vergütbare    Legierung kommt vorzugsweise  eine     Nickeleisenlegierung    mit Beryllium  zusatz in Betracht.

   Diese Legierung lässt sieh,  da sie vor der Vergütung noch verhältnis  mässig weich und schmiegsam ist, leicht und  gut in die gewünschte Form überführen. Erst    nach der Formung erhält sie die für ihre  Verwendung erforderliche Härte durch die  genannte     Vergütung.    Die Vergütungstempe  ratur richtet sich nach der Beschaffenheit der  Legierung; sie kann beispielsweise 600   C  betragen.  



  Der Vorteil des vorliegenden Verfahrens  liegt in der leichten, billigen und genauen  Fabrikation der     Werkstücke.

UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man für das Werkstück eine Nickeleisenlegierung mit Beryllium zusatz verwendet.
