Float regulator for feeding vaporizer devices. The invention relates to a float controller for feeding Verdampfervorrich lines of all kinds, in particular refrigeration machine evaporators, depending on the liquid level and consists in the fact that the float in a communicating with the evaporator space is controlled by a non-boiling liquid in the state in the evaporator apparatus , for the purpose of making the swimmer work more quietly.
Appropriately, a liquid of greater weight than the liquid to be evaporated is used for controlling the swimmer. In the case of evaporators in refrigeration machines, the compressor's lubricant can be used as a control fluid for the float. The swimmer is best placed in a different room than the organ he is moving in such a way that no liquid can get into the swimmer's room from the organ.
In order to be able to generate the necessary adjustment force with a small float, the regulator can also be designed, for example in refrigeration machines evaporators, in such a way that the float acts on the inlet organ of the evaporator via a pressure-sensitive organ that is under condenser pressure on one side and the other Side through a throttle point in constant connection with a condenser pressure are the room and through a float-controlled closing element in temporary connection with the evaporator.
The throttle point can be arranged in the pressure-sensitive organ itself. It is expediently designed to be adjustable. If it is connected to a steam chamber of the condenser, the penetration of liquid into the float chamber is prevented from the outset.
The same is achieved when the throttle element is connected to a liquid space of the condenser if an auxiliary evaporator is connected upstream of the closing element operated by the float. Finally, the pressure-sensitive organ can also be designed as a membrane.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
In Fig. 1, a is the through line b and the throttle or. Regulating valve c with refrigerant-fed evaporator of a compression refrigeration machine (not shown), in which the regulating valve is controlled by a float d depending on the liquid level in the evaporator, and in which the lubricant e entrained into the evaporator is below the refrigerant in a known manner ability f collects. g is the evaporated refrigerant and h is a line returning the lubricant to the compressor.
The float is, instead of being arranged in the evaporator itself as before, in a housing lc communicating with this through lines b and i, which is connected to the evaporator through line i in such a way that only lubricating liquid, not but cold liquid can penetrate into the float housing. As a result, the swimmer is perfectly relieved of the unrest resulting from the boiling of the evaporating liquid, without being withdrawn from the influence of the level of the refrigerant liquid, which means that it will not have been achieved so far; completely calm work of the swimmer respectively. of the regulating valve he aims.
A wall 1 arranged in the housing k prevents the cold liquid time from entering the float chamber from the valve.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the Regu feeding the evaporator is controlled indirectly by the float, that is, it is controlled by a piston 7n movable in a cylinder, the lower side of which is constantly under condenser pressure through direct connection to the supply line of the valve and whose upper side loaded by the spring n is connected to a pressure chamber o,
which is connected through a throttle element p and the channel q on the one hand to the supply line b and on the other hand to the evaporator through a valve r influenced by the float by means of the lines s. The valve actuated by the float is also separated from the float body in such a way that the liquid passing through the valve cannot penetrate the float chamber, but is instead fed directly into the evaporator.
During the drawn maximum liquid level t in the evaporator, the valves are closed and there is condenser pressure in space o. If the liquid level falls as a result of evaporation to, for example, height 24, then the float, by opening valve r, brings the pressure in space o to drop, and the piston m goes below off due to the predominance of the pressure acting on its underside NEN the valve c in the height, and the Ver evaporator is fed with liquid from the condenser until the liquid level in it has reached the level t again.
Penetration of cold liquid from the valve r into the float chamber can also be avoided by installing an auxiliary evaporator v in the supply line s of the valve, for example as shown in dashed lines in FIG.
The same is achieved when the space δ, as shown in FIG. 3, is connected through the throttle element p and the line q to the vapor space of the condenser w instead of to its liquid space.
Of course, the throttle element can also be arranged elsewhere than in the piston when the space is connected to a liquid space. It is best made adjustable.
Finally, a membrane device can also be used instead of the piston. In the embodiment of the latter, shown on a larger scale in FIG. 4, c is again the regulating valve as in FIG. 3, b the supply line of the evaporator coming from the condenser w, o which passes through the throttle element p to a vapor space of the condenser and the valve operated by the float r temporarily connected to the evaporator. The valve c, designed as a needle and movable up and down in the housing x, is provided at the top with a plate-shaped extension y, which is tightly connected to the housing by two nested hose membranes z1 and z2.
The arrangement is made in such a way that the space enclosed by the inner membrane is connected to the flow and the annular space enclosed by the outer membrane is connected to the outlet of valve c, so that in that condenser pressure, this evaporator pressure prevails during the period on top of the plate, as the case may be. valve r is closed or open, there is condenser pressure or a lower intermediate pressure.
If the valve r is closed, then the effect of the pressure on the plate prevails and the valve c remains closed. If the valve r is opened by the swimmer, then the effect of the pressures on the underside of the plate predominates, so that it opens the valve c and keeps it open until the valve r is closed again by the rising swimmer. cl is a stop screw which mediates the stroke of valve c. Desire can be limited.
