Dampfdruckregler.
Steam pressure regulator. The present invention is e-in steam pressure regulator, in which the regulating organ with, a. Adjusting member is connected, en flas is exposed on one side to a pressure g Y, e # "etzt, which lies between the high pressure and the pressure to be kept constant.
According to the invention, the other side of the adjusting element is exposed to a pressure which lies between the pressure to be kept constant and a lower pressure, which is not higher than atmospheric pressure i., 1, and see if there are deviations from the pressure to be kept constant - (right, # last direction changes.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the counter-invention is shown, namely shows.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic sectional view of a steam pressure regulator; Fi # (r. 2 shows an auxiliary control apparatus in section.
The housing 1 of the steam regulator shown has a high-pressure nozzle 2 and a low-pressure nozzle 3 . A valve 50 controls the Flow opening 5 and, for the purpose of relief, is guided in a bushing 4. The valve 50 sits on a rod 6 which is passed through a cover of the housing < B> 1 is guided into a cylinder cylinder 7 .
On the rod 6 there is a piston 8 which can be displaced in the cylinder # which is 7 and on which a spiral spring < B> 9 , which is supported by a spring plate that can be adjusted by means of an adjusting screw. The spring 9 strives to press the piston 8 and rod 6 with the valve 50 downwards and the Flow opening 5 to be opened.
A line 10 branches off from the high-pressure connection 2 and opens into the space 12 of the cylinder 7 under the piston 8 . A throttle valve 11 is built into the line 1.0 . Behind the throttle valve, a double line 14 is connected to the line 10 , which opens into the low-pressure connection 8 and into which a pressure reducing valve 13 is installed .
Another line 43 branches off between this and the low-pressure connection 3 , which branches off; one branch 44 leads to an auxiliary regulating apparatus 39 which is connected to the upper space 41 of the control cylinder by means of the pipe 40, while the other branch is connected via a check valve 42 to the Tube 40 and thus with space 41 is in communication. A relieved valve 49 is located in the housing 45 of the auxiliary control apparatus 39 between a connector 40 which is connected to the pipe 40 and an outlet 47 which is closed to the atmosphere or to a condenser ordered and attached to a spindle 48.
The spindle 48 is attached to a piston 36 which is adjustable in a cylinder cylinder. A spring 37 acts on the piston 36 from below, the tension of which can be adjusted by means of the handwheel 38 , and from above a membrane 34 which a space 35 tightly seals off above the piston. This has a nozzle 16, which is connected to the nozzle 46 through the line 44 with the lower pressure nozzle 3 and through a throttle element (not shown) with the nozzle 46 (not shown).
If the difference between the high pressure and the low pressure to be kept constant is small, the closing force generated by this pressure and acting on the valve 50 would only be small. Now, however, the low pressure in the relatively large space 35 , which is closed on the connecting piece 3 , presses the membrane 34 with the piston 36 against it The action of the spring 3 7 downwards, the valve 49 opens and the steam from the line 44 flows with steam from the upper side 41 of the cylinder 7 into the condenser.
The piston 8 is thus relieved of pressure and the pressure difference on both sides 12 and 41 is greater, the spring 9 is compressed more strongly and the valve 50 < / B> more closed.
If the pressure in the connecting piece 3 falls, the spring 37 closes the valve 49 again, and only part of the steam flows from the line 44 into the atmosphere or into the condenser , the rest goes into the upper side 41 of the cylinder 7 and opens the valve 5U. The valve 42 automatically prevents the pressure on the upper side 41 of the cylinder 7 from ever becoming greater than the pressure in the connecting piece 3.
