Description

       

  Kettenglied für Gleitschutzketten, insbesondere für Gleitschutz-Querketten.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ketten  glied für Gleitschutzketten, (auch Schnee  ketten genannt) insbesondere für     Gleitschutz-          Querketten.     



  Die Querkettenglieder bekannter Gleit  schutzgarnituren für Kraftfahrzeuge weisen  einen vollen, runden oder ovalen Querschnitt  auf.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist durch das  Merkmal gekennzeichnet, dass zwecks Erzie  lung einer besseren Gleitschutzwirkung die  eine Frontseite des Kettengliedes mindestens  eine vorstehende Rippe aufweist.  



  In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungs  beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes veran  schaulicht.  



  Fig. 1 zeigt in Ansicht als erstes Bei  spiel, zwei miteinander verkettete Glieder;  Fig. 2 veranschaulicht einen Schnitt nach  der Linie II-II der Fig. 1;  Fig. 3 zeigt das zweite Beispiel im Schnitt,  ähnlich wie in Fig. 2.  



  Beim ersten Beispiel (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2)  weist das aus Profildraht hergestellte Ketten-    glied 4 eine einzige, längs der einen Front  seite des letzteren sich erstreckende, vor  springende Rippe 5 auf. Diese Rippe zeigt  ein schneidenförmiges Querprofil (Fig. 2),  das heisst sie bildet eine scharfe Kante.  



  Wenn nun die Gleitschutzgarnitur auf  dein Radreif montiert ist, so ist die gerippte  Frontseite der Querkettenglieder nach aussen  gerichtet und erhöht wesentlich den Gleit  schutzeffekt der Garnitur, indem die Rippen  krallenartig in Schnee und Eis eingreifen.  



  Fig. 3 veranschaulicht das Querprofil  einer Ausführungsvariante des Kettengliedes,  bei welcher zwei vorstehende ununterbrochene  parallel verlaufende Rippen 6, 7 vorgesehen  sind. Es könnten jedoch an jedem Querketten  glied mehr als zwei vorstehende, hinter- oder  nebeneinander beziehungsweise schief ange  ordnete Rippen vorgesehen sein.

  The cross chain links of known sliding protective fittings for motor vehicles have a full, round or oval cross section.



  The subject matter of the invention is characterized by the fact that, for the purpose of achieving a better anti-slip effect, one front side of the chain link has at least one protruding rib.



  In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are illustrated.



  Fig. 1 shows in a view as the first game, two interlinked links; Fig. 2 illustrates a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1; FIG. 3 shows the second example in section, similar to FIG. 2.



  In the first example (FIG. 1 and FIG. 2), the chain link 4 made of profile wire has a single rib 5 extending in front of one of the front sides of the latter. This rib shows a blade-shaped cross profile (Fig. 2), that is, it forms a sharp edge.



  When the anti-skid set is now mounted on your tire, the ribbed front side of the cross chain links is directed outwards and significantly increases the anti-slip effect of the set, as the ribs grip like claws in snow and ice.



  3 illustrates the transverse profile of an embodiment variant of the chain link in which two protruding, uninterrupted, parallel ribs 6, 7 are provided. However, more than two protruding ribs arranged one behind the other or next to one another or at an angle could be provided on each transverse chain link.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Kettenglied für Gleitschutzketten, ins besondere für Gleitschutz-Querketten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Frontseite des Kettengliedes mindestens eine vorstehende Rippe aufweist, zwecks Erzielung einer besseren Gleitschutzwirkung. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Kettenglied aus Profildraht für Gleitschutz- Querketten nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Rippe längs der ganzen Frontseite des Kettengliedes erstreckt und schneidenförmiges Querprofil aufweist. 2. Kettenglied aus Profildraht für Gleitschutz- Querketten nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Frontseite des Kettengliedes zwei vorstehende, neben einander angeordnete Rippen aufweist.
