Kantenschutzbeschlag für Ski.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf jene Art von Kantenschutzbeschlägen für Ski, bei welchen über 3ine an der Unterseite des Skilaufbrettes vorgesehene federartig Leiste eine äussere, profilierte Leiste us Metall aufgeschoben wird, welche eine dem Querschnitt der federartigen Leiste angepasste Ausnehmung oder Nut aufweist.
Erfindungsgemäss ist die in die Nut der äusseren Beschlagleiste eingreifende Feder von einzelnen entsprechend profilierten, am Ski durch Schrauben oder Nieten befestigten Blechlamellen gebildet.
Einerseits durch die Zerlegung des Beschlages in zwei einander übergreifende, profilierte Leisten und anderseits durch die Unterteilung wenigstens der einen Profilleiste in der Längsrichtung derselben wird die elastische Deformation des Holzes des Skilaufbrettes in keiner Weise abträglich behindert.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen der Erfindung veranschaulicht, a. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 im Schnitt einen Kantenschutz unter Verwendung eines mit einer T-förmigen Nut versehenen Aussenprofils. Fig. 2 stellt eine abgeänderte Ausführungsform des Schutzes dar, bei welcher die Aussenleiste eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Nut und die innere, am Ski durch Schrauben befestigte Leiste eine dieser Nut vollkommen entsprechende Querschnittsform aufweist. Aus Fig. 3, welche die Art der Anbringung des Kantenschutzbeschlages gemäss Fig. 1 auf dem Skilaufbrett in Druntersicht veranschaulich, ist die Unterteilung der Innenprofilleiste 1 in einzelne Stücke ersichtlich, die mittels Schrauben 3 an der Unterfläche des Ski befestigt sind.
Wenn Schrauben ohne versenkte Köpfe zur Befestigung der Innenleiste verwendet werden sollen, empfiehlt es sich, letzterer ein gekröpftes Profil zu geben, damit die Schrauben- oder Nietköpfe in die durch die Kröpfung gebildete Längsrinne zu liegen kommen und durch das Aussenprofil abgedeckt sind, so dass sie vor Lockern oder Herausfallen geschützt sind.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Kantenschutzbeschlag für Ski mit einer aufschiebbaren, mit T- oder schwalbenschwanzförmiger Nut versehenen metallenen Profilleiste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die Nut der Profilleiste (2 bzw. 2') eingreifende Feder aus einzelnen entsprechend profilierten und am Ski durch Schrauben oder Nieten (3) befestigten Blechlamellen (1 bzw. 1') besteht.

Edge protection fitting for skis.
The invention relates to that type of edge protection fittings for skis in which an outer, profiled metal strip is pushed over a spring-like strip provided on the underside of the ski board, which has a recess or groove adapted to the cross-section of the spring-like strip.
According to the invention, the tongue engaging in the groove of the outer fitting strip is formed by individual, correspondingly profiled sheet-metal lamellae fastened to the ski by screws or rivets.
On the one hand, by breaking the fitting into two overlapping, profiled strips and, on the other hand, by dividing at least one profile strip in the longitudinal direction of the same, the elastic deformation of the wood of the ski board is in no way hindered.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are illustrated, a. Between. FIG. 1 shows in section an edge protection using an outer profile provided with a T-shaped groove. Fig. 2 shows a modified embodiment of the protection, in which the outer bar has a dovetail-shaped groove and the inner bar, which is fastened to the ski by screws, has a cross-sectional shape completely corresponding to this groove. From Fig. 3, which illustrates the type of attachment of the edge protection fitting according to FIG. 1 on the ski board in bottom view, the division of the inner profile strip 1 into individual pieces can be seen, which are fastened by screws 3 to the lower surface of the ski.
If screws without countersunk heads are to be used to attach the inner strip, it is advisable to give the latter a cranked profile so that the screw or rivet heads come to lie in the longitudinal channel formed by the crank and are covered by the outer profile so that they are are protected from loosening or falling out.
PATENT CLAIMS:

Edge protection fitting for skis with a sliding metal profile strip provided with a T- or dovetail-shaped groove, characterized in that the tongue engaging in the groove of the profile strip (2 or 2 ') is made up of individual appropriately profiled and attached to the ski by screws or rivets ( 3) attached sheet metal lamellas (1 or 1 ').
