Description

  

  Elektrische Maschine,     insbesondere    Lichtmaschine für     (iraftfahrzeuge.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elektrische  Maschinen, insbesondere Lichtmaschinen für  Kraftfahrzeuge, welche gegen das Eindringen  von Wasser und Staub gekapselt sind. Sie  bezweckt, eine Einrichtung zu     schaffen,    wel  che eine Belüftung der Maschine erlaubt und  zugleich in der Maschine sich ansammelndes  Kondenswasser aus der Maschine austreten  lässt. Gemäss der Erfindung wird das dadurch  erreicht, dass an den am tiefsten gelegenen  Stellen der Maschine Öffnungen angebracht  sind, welche durch einen Flüssigkeit aufsau  genden     Stoff,    wie z. B. Filz, überdeckt sind.  



  Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an Aus  führungsbeispielen beschrieben und in der  Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Lichtmaschine, teilweise im  Schnitt,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-A     in der     Fig.    1,       Fig.    3 eine zweite Ausführungsform.  Am Gehäuse 1 der Lichtmaschine 2 ist  ein Lagerdeckel 3 mit mehreren Armen 4    befestigt. Die Arme sind so angeordnet, dass  keiner von ihnen an die unterste Stelle der  Maschine zu liegen kommt. Über den Lager  deckel 3 ist .eine Schutzkapsel 5 geschoben  und an diesem befestigt. Die Kapsel hat auf  ihrer untern Seite mehrere     Offnungen    6; über  welche eine Filzplatte 7 gelegt ist.

   Die Filz  platte wird durch ein perforiertes Blech B.  welches an die Blechkappe genietet ist, in  ihrer Lage festgehalten     (Fig.    1 und 2).  



  Bei der Ausführungsform nach     Abb.    3 ist  aus der Schutzkapsel 5 eine einzige Fenster  öffnung ausgestanzt. Auf der Innenseite der  Kapsel sind am Rand der Öffnung Lappen  10 befestigt, unter welche eine Filzplatte 7  und ein feinmaschiges     Drahtgeflecht    11 ein  geschoben sind. Diese Ausführungsform ge  stattet ein rasches Auswechseln der Dich  tungseinlagen gegen Eindringen von Staub.  



  Die Öffnungen können anstatt an der  Staubkapsel auch an einem oder beiden Lager  schilden der Maschine angeordnet sein.

A protective capsule 5 is pushed over the bearing cover 3 and is attached to it. The capsule has several openings 6 on its lower side; over which a felt plate 7 is placed.

   The felt plate is held in place by a perforated sheet B. which is riveted to the sheet metal cap (Fig. 1 and 2).



  In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, a single window opening is punched out of the protective capsule 5. On the inside of the capsule flaps 10 are attached to the edge of the opening, under which a felt plate 7 and a fine-meshed wire mesh 11 are pushed.
