Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     sauren    Farbstoffes der     Anthraehinonreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     3'-Amino-4'-          methyldiphenylmethan-2-carbonsäure    mit     1-          Amino-4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfosäure    kon  densiert und den so erhaltenen Farbstoff mit  einem sauren, Schwefel enthaltenden Konden  sationsmittel weiter kondensiert.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  40 Gewichtsteile 3' -     Amino    - 4' -     methyldi-          pheny)methan-2-carbonsäLirechlorhydrat    wer  den in 600 Gewichtsteilen Wasser unter  Zusatz der berechneten Menge Soda gelöst.  Nachdem der Lösung 40 Gewichtsteile  1-     amino    - 4 -     bromanthrachinon    - 2 -     sulfosaures     Natrium, 20 Gewichtsteile     Natriumbikarbonat     und 2 Gewichtsteile     Kupferchlorür    zugefügt  sind, wird das Gemisch zirka 20 Stunden  unter Rühren auf 50-60 o erwärmt. Nach  dieser Zeit hat sich der Farbstoff als volu-         minöse    Masse ausgeschieden.

   Man saugt ab  und reinigt durch Waschen mit warmer  10     o/oiger    Kochsalzlösung und durch     Umlösen     aus verdünnter     Sodalösung.    10 Gewichtsteile  des so erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden in 100  Gewichtsteilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  ohne Erwärmen gelöst, wobei die anfänglich  grüne Lösungsfarbe in Rotbraun umschlägt.  



  An Stelle von konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  kann auch     Chlorsulfonsäure    in den gleichen  Mengenverhältnissen angewandt werden.  Durch diese Massnahme tritt lediglich eine  Kondensation und keine     Sulfierung    ein. Nach  kurzem Rühren gibt man auf Wasser, saugt  den ausgeschiedenen Niederschlag ab, wäscht  mit 10     %iger    Kochsalzlösung neutral und  trocknet. Der     Farbstoff    liefert auf Wolle  und Seide schöne blaustichig grüne Färbungen.

  Instead of concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid can also be used in the same proportions. This measure only results in condensation and not sulphonation. After brief stirring, the mixture is poured into water, the precipitate which has separated out is filtered off with suction, washed neutral with 10% sodium chloride solution and dried. The dye produces beautiful bluish green dyeings on wool and silk.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3'-Amino-4'-methyl- diphenylmethan-2-carbonsäure mit 7.-Amino- 4-bromanthrachinon-2-sulfosäure kondensiert und den so erhaltenen Farbstoff mit einem sauren, Schwefel enthaltenden Kondensations mittel weiter kondensiert. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff liefert auf Wolle und Seide schöne grüne Färbungen.
