Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtung.
Train control device. In the case of train control devices, which prevent signals from being run over in the stop position by emergency braking, measures are also taken to control the train control device in certain cases, for example when driving on routes without influencing points, when shunting movements, when a journey is ended or the like off.
This can be done by arranging a shut-off valve in the brake line controlled by the brake valve, which in the closed position shuts off the compressed air of the brake line of the train and thus prevents an emergency brake from occurring. It may be desirable to simultaneously switch the electrical circuits of the train legs switch off the flow device, which can be achieved by providing the shut-off valve with contacts that control the power supply to the train control devices.
Such designs have been created in such a way that a test of the braking device is connected with the commissioning of the train control device. in such a way that a test braking and its registration takes place when the shut-off valve is turned from the final to the operating position. From this it can be seen whether the brake valve will respond in a serious way. The contacts connected to the shut-off valve have been arranged to further perfect this test so that not only the response of the brake valve with its valve magnet, but also the workability of the pulse relay can be checked.
However, the previously known versions have the disadvantage that the checking of the working capacity of the pulse relay is left to the arbitrary attention of the operating personnel. In this case, the forced rehearsal braking takes place because when the shut-off valve is opened, a contact in the circuit of the valve magnet is interrupted, causing the valve magnet to drop and thus activating the brakes. However, there is no guarantee that the pulse relay would also work in an emergency.
The dropping of the pulse relay armature can be recognized by the lighting up or non-appearance of the driver's cab indicator lamps, which are usually present, and by the registration device. Experience shows, however, that during this brake test the display of the lamps and the registration device is mostly ignored, especially since the shut-off valve is operated at a point on the locomotive from which these display devices cannot be seen. In addition, such indicator lights are not available at all in some facilities.
It is therefore desirable to make the timely response of the pulse relay during the brake test so obvious that its failure is taken into account. \ Such a possibility is given in the present invention because there is a contact in the circuit of the pull-off magnet. Troll relay is provided, which controls a contact that is located in the circuit of the valve magnet.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the figure.
Here J is the armature of the pulse relay. .which. is controlled by the pulse magnet J 'and the pull-off magnet Ja and controls the circuit of the valve magnet V through its contact i'IJ. C is a control relay, which is in the circuit of the trigger magnet Ja and controls its own circuit and that of the valve magnet through contacts e 'and c2. The valve magnet closes the brake valve B when it is energized and, when switched off, opens the brake line to allow the compressed air to escape into the open F.
The release button T with the contact h closed in the basic position and the open contact l2. Serves to cancel a forced braking caused in any way. The lever TI of the shut-off valve, whose pneumatic part A is switched into the brake line L of the train, has a contact set K with three contact segments <I> h ', </I> h2, h3, via which among other means the Contact lever h4 the said circuits are controlled.
The illustration shows the final position of the lever H with the brake line L blocked. Here the contact h3; ih 'is closed. The way the device works when the locomotive is started up is as follows: As soon as the generator provided for supplying the direct current voltage supplies voltage, current still flows in the closed position of the tap in the circuit via the pull-off magnet Yes, the control relay C and the contact segment h3. All other circuits are dead due to the open contacts h'Ida 'and h2! H'.
The pull-off magnet Ja holds the armature J of the pulse relay in the dropped position, where contact i '! J is open. If the lever II of the shut-off valve is switched to the operating position, first the contacts h'Ih 'and h2 / h' are closed and then the contact h3! H 'is opened. All other electrical circuits are connected to voltage via the contact h'Ih '. The trigger magnet and the control relay remain energized via the contacts dz'lh 'and c'.
The armature J of the pulse relay remains in the dropped position despite the excitation of the pulse magnet. The valve magnet is not excited because of the open contact. Simultaneously with the switching of the contacts h'lh 'and da @ jda @, the shut-off valve <I> A </I> is opened. Since the valve <I> B </I> is still open, the compressed air escapes from the brake line L and causes the brakes to be applied.
This test braking is canceled by means of the brake release button T, which, when actuated, the trigger magnet Ja is briefly closed so that the pulse magnet J 'attracts the armature J again. This restores the responsiveness of the pulse relay, and as soon as the button is released, the valve magnet T% is energized. This closes the brake valve B and the brake line L can be filled with compressed air.
This trial braking only occurs as a result of the pulse relay armature having dropped out. A fault in the operation of the pulse relay is immediately noticeable when the trial braking is not performed or by the fact that the trial braking cannot be canceled.
If, for example, the armature of the pulse relay were to remain in the rest position (e.g. by being clamped), the valve magnet would immediately receive power via the closed contacts ii! J, c2, <I> l '</I> and brake valve B would close without the braking coming about. However, since braking is expected, it must be observed that it does not occur.
Furthermore, if the circuit of the pull magnet were to be interrupted for any reason (for example a wire break), the control relay would not receive any power either, the trial braking would occur due to the open contact c2, but it cannot be canceled.
A further improvement of the contact device of the shut-off valve can be achieved in that the contact hg, 1h4 is open in the end position of the shut-off position of the valve. This avoids unnecessary power consumption when the train control device is switched off when the generator is supplying voltage.
The contact h '/ h' is then designed in such a way that it is closed when the shut-off valve is switched from the closed position in which it is open during the first turning movement and after the contacts h '/ h4 and h \ lh4 have closed is open again in the operating position.
With the usual use of a control relay C, which closes its contact c 'quickly when excited, there is practically no risk of the contact hslh' being opened earlier when the shut-off valve is turned, before contact c 'of the control relay is closed; because the shut-off valve is relatively difficult and therefore slow to move with the usual designs.
