Strumpf bezw. Socke. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Strümpfe bezssr. Socken, bei welchen der Längen und das Fussblatt aus maschensicherem Milanese-, Kettenstuhl- oder sogenanntem "Maratti"- Gewirk entsprechend der Beinform zuge schnitten ist, welches Gewirk sich durch besondere Elastizität auszeichnet, während Ferse, Sohle und Spitze aus regulär ge- arbeitetem, Gewirk bestehen, das auf Flach wirk-,
Rundstrick- oder dergleichen Maschi nen hergestellt ist und mit dem Längen und dem Fussblatt vereinigt wird. Strümpfe bezw. Socken dieser Art besitzen aber den .erheblichen Nachteil, dass entweder die Hochferse durch eine Imitationsnaht ge bildet war, oder die Hochferse war zu gleich an den Längen mit angeschnitten und durch Umschlagen derselben verdoppelt.
In allen Fällen ergab sich hierbei aber der Nachteil und Übelstand, dass durch die Ver bindung von Ferse und Längen eine Quer naht entstand, die sich beim Tragen der Strümpfe sehr unliebsam bemerkbar machte, indem diese Naht zwischen Schuh und Fuss eine sehr starke Reibung verursachte; so dass' die Strümpfe an dieser Stelle sehr schnell zerrissen, zumal die Strümpfe gerade in der Fersengegend dem grössten Zug aus gesetzt sind.
Hinzu kommt noch, da. Mi- lanese- oder dergleichen gettenstuhlgewirke eine sehr enge Maschenbildung besitzen, dass ,es vor allem beim Anstossen der Ferse an den Längen sehr oft vorkam, dass die Nadeln in das Gewirk stiessen und dieses zerstörten. Ausserdem übt jede Naht besonders in der Fersengegend unliebsamen Druck und Rei bung auf den Fuss des Trägers aus.
Oft kam es auch. vor, dass' die Fersennaht und ein Teil der Ferse ,selbst aus dem Schuh heraus rutschte, was die Zerreibung des Strumpfes noch begünstigte und ausserdem unschön aussah.
Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung werden die vorher beschriebenen Nachteile und Übelstände dadurch behoben, dass zur Vermeidung einer Quernaht an unerwünsch- ter Stelle die Ferse nach oben verlängert ist, wobei Fersenverlängerung, Ferse, Sohle und Spitze zusammen durch ein einziges, regulär auf dem Flachwirkstuhl, auf der P,undstriek- maschine oder dergleichen gearbeitetes Stück gebildet und an den formgerecht zugeschnit tenen Längen und das Fussblatt angeschlos sen sind.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in zwei Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. l einen Strumpf von der Seite ge sehen mit einer Keilhochferse und Fig. 2 einen gleichen Strumpf, jedoch mit erhöhter Ferse und imitierter Hochferse; die an den Längen und das Fussblatt anzu- arbeiten:den Fusspartien sind durch einen Zwischenraum voneinander getrennt ge zeichnet.
Das nach der Beinform zugeschnittene oder gestanzte Warenstück besteht aus dem Längen 1 und dem Fussblatt 2. Wie aus Fig.1 ersichtlich, ist der Winkel. für die Keil hochferse vom Längen abgeschnitten. Die Fersel 3 und die Hochferse, 4 ist mit dem Fuss 5 und der Spitze 6 aus einem Stück auf der Flachwirkmaschine regulär ge arbeitet. Während die Spitze 6 an das Fuss blatt 2 bei 7 angekettelt wird, wird der Fuss 5 und die Hochferse 4 bei B durch eine sogenannte englische Naht an das Wa renstück 1 angenäht.
Nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 2 ist der regulär auf einer Rundstrick maschine oder Flachwirkmaschine gearbeitete Fuss 9 mit Spitze 10 und Ferse 11 mit einer erhöhten Ferse 12 versehen und die Hochferse 13 ist in bekannter Weise ent weder durch eine auf dem Längen ange brachte Naht 14 von beliebiger Form imi tiert, oder sie wird durch Umschlagen und Aufnähen ,einer mit an den Längen an geschnittenen Verlängerung oder auch durch Aufnähen von Verstärkungen auf den Län gen imitiert.
Die erhöhte Ferse 12 hat den Zweck, die sonst übliche Quernaht nach strichpunktierter Linie 15 durch eine höher, zweclzmässigerweise ausserhalb des Schuhes, gelegene Quernaht zu ersetzen; die erhöhte Ferse kann man, wie angegeben, durch eine imitierte Hochferse verzieren, so dass diese Quernaht in keiner Weise störend wirkt.
