Description

  

  Belag für die Laufräder von Kraftfahrzeugen, insbesondere von Traktoren.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Belag für die Laufräder von Kraftfahrzeugen,  nsbesondere von Traktoren, mit eine     Längs-          ut    und Quernuten aufweisenden Gummi  latten. Derartige Platten wurden bis anhin  nittelst eingebetteter Eisenplatten und Bolzen  m Radumfang befestigt, haben aber den  Wachteil, dass die bloss stellenweise     Befesti-          ung    der Platten mittelst der     Schrauben-          olzen    und Metallplatten bei starker     Bean-          pruchung    ungenügend ist.  



  Der Belag obiger Art zeichnet sich nun  emäss der Erfindung dadurch aus, dass jede  ummiplatte auf eine Metallplatte     aufvulka-          isiert    und diese Platte zur Befestigung am  adumfang eingerichtet ist. Hierdurch wird  ne absolut sichere Befestigung der     Gummi-          atten    am Rade erreicht, während die bisher  auptsächlich bei starker Beanspruchung     ein-          etende    Abbiegung der Platten-Längsränder  ermieden ist.  



  Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein     Aus-          hrungsbeispiel    des Erfindungsgegenstandes  urch Fig. 1 im Schaubild und durch Fig. 2    in einem Schnitt durch die Linie x-x in  Fig. 1 in etwas grösserem Massstabes Fig. 3  ist ein Grundriss einer Gummiplatte samt  Metallplatte.  



  1 bezeichnet eine rautenförmige Gummi  platte mit einer Längsnut 2 und Quernuten  3. Diese Platte ist auf eine mittelst Schrau  ben 4 am Umfang des Laufrades 5 eines  Traktors befestigte Metallplatte 6 von der  Gummiplatte entsprechender Form aufvulka  nisiert und so unzertrennlich auf ganzer Aus  dehnung ihrer Fläche an der Platte befestigt.  Die Metallplatte 6 besitzt ringsum einen über  die Gummiplatte vorspringenden, abgeschräg  ten Rand 7, welcher den Gummiplattenrand  schützt. Die Schrauben 4 sind in Verstär  kungsaugen 8 der Metallplatten eingeschraubt;  es können aber auch Schrauben oder Augen  zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben an  diese Platte angegossen werden. Auch können  die Gummiplatten schwalbenschwanzförmige  Füsse besitzen, die in entsprechend profilierte  Nuten der Metallplatten eingreifen.

   Die Platte  6 besteht zweckmässig aus Gusseisen     und    ist      schräg zur Radase auf dem Umfang des  Rades angebracht. Ihre Unterfläche ist der  art verwunden, dass sie in der Schräglage  dicht auf dem Radumfange aufliegt.  



  Während bei der bekannten Befestigung  der schräg gelegten Gummiplatten auf dem  Umfang des Rades nur mittelst Schrauben  und im Gummi eingebetteten Metallplatten  diese Platten leicht verwunden werden muss  ten, kommt durch die Anwendung der der  Verwindung entsprechend gegossenen Metall  platte und durch Aufvulkanisieren der Gummi  platte eine Verwindung beider Platten durch  die Schrauben und damit eine Spannung im  Belag in Wegfall, wodurch die Beanspru  chung des Belages wesentlich vermindert  wird.

  The covering of the above type is now characterized according to the invention in that each ummiplatte is vulcanized onto a metal plate and this plate is set up for attachment to the circumference of the ad. In this way, absolutely secure fastening of the rubber pads to the wheel is achieved, while the bending of the longitudinal edges of the plate, which has hitherto mainly been caused by heavy use, is avoided.



  The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention through FIG. 1 in the diagram and through FIG. 2 in a section through the line x-x in FIG. 1 on a somewhat larger scale. FIG. 3 is a plan view of a rubber plate including a metal plate.



  1 denotes a diamond-shaped rubber plate with a longitudinal groove 2 and transverse grooves 3. This plate is vulcanized onto a metal plate 6 attached by means of screws 4 on the circumference of the impeller 5 of a tractor from the rubber plate of the corresponding shape and so inseparably extended over the entire area attached to the plate. The metal plate 6 has a protruding over the rubber plate, beveled edge 7, which protects the rubber plate edge. The screws 4 are screwed into reinforcement eyes 8 of the metal plates; however, screws or eyes for receiving fastening screws can also be cast onto this plate. The rubber plates can also have dovetail-shaped feet which engage in correspondingly profiled grooves in the metal plates.

   The plate 6 is suitably made of cast iron and is attached at an angle to the wheel nose on the circumference of the wheel. Its lower surface is twisted in such a way that it rests closely on the circumference of the wheel when it is inclined.



  While with the known fastening of the inclined rubber plates on the circumference of the wheel only by means of screws and metal plates embedded in the rubber, these plates have to be twisted slightly, by using the metal plate cast according to the twist and vulcanizing the rubber plate, both are twisted Plates through the screws and thus a tension in the covering is eliminated, whereby the stress on the covering is significantly reduced.

Belag nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Metallplatten schräg zur Radase auf dem Radumfang ange ordnet sind und eine dieser Schräglage entsprechend verwundene, dicht auf dem Radumfang anliegende Unterfläche besitzen. z. Belag nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Metallplatten einen über die Gummiplatten vorspringenden, abgeschrägten Rand besitzen. 3.
