Flechtma-schine.
Braiding machine. The braiding machine forming the subject of the present invention is characterized in that at least one exchangeable transition piece is inserted into the gear plate on the steel with guide cams for the clapper and one that crosses the clapper feet and is thrown out by 01 The guide plate preventing the guide grooves of the gear plate is arranged on the gear plate.
The transition piece made of steel results in less wear and tear, and if this has occurred, you only have to replace this piece and not the entire gear plate, which results in considerable material and time savings.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention through FIG. 1 in plan and through FIG. 2 in section along the line x-x in FIG. 1
1 denotes a gear plate with two braiding turns; it can also have more than two courses. A cylindrical3 transition piece 2 made of steel is inserted into a stepped bore in this gear plate and fastened by means of screws 3 . This transition piece has a high level of resistance to wear and tear and can, if necessary, be exchanged for another, while the same gear plate can always be used. The interchangeable transition piece thus enables considerable material and cost savings.
It has a central, diamond-shaped guide cam 4 and four triangular, radial guide cams 5 separated from it for guiding two diametrically slotted, round cams 6 of the clapper fulla'es < B> 7. These cams 6 are guided in guide grooves 8 of the same width throughout the gear plate 1 .
A local widening of the guide grooves 8 , as was previously necessary when using clapper spindles with guide ships, is omitted when using the guide cams 6 , whereby the manufacturing or Machining costs for the gear plate 1 are significantly reduced. At the cams 4 and 5 the cams 6 of the clapper foot find a safe inner and outer guidance at the transition point.
On the upper side of the gear plate 1 a guide plate 9 with an angular cross-section is fastened by means of screws 10 . This plate overlaps the outer part of the clapper foot and gives it guidance and support against tipping. The bobbin spindle is thus colored inside and outside. However, it also prevents lubricating oil from being thrown out of the running grooves 8 of the gear plate 1.
The size and shape of the guide plate 9 depends of course on the shape and size of the gear plate. 11 means a driver of a known type for the clapper.
