Terfahren zur Herstellung eines schwarzen Azofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines schwarzen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Acetylamino-5-amino-l-anisol dianotiert und in saurer Lösung mit 1-Amino-8-naphtol- 4.6-disulfosäure kuppelt;
The process of making a black azo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a black azo dye, characterized in that 2-acetylamino-5-amino-1-anisole is dianotized and coupled in acidic solution with 1-amino-8-naphthol-4,6-disulfonic acid;
, couples the monoazo dye in alkaline solution with dianotized 2-aoetylamino-4-chloro-5-amino-1-anisole, saponifies the disazo dye, tetrazotizes it and couples it with 1 molecule of m-phenylenediamine and 1 molecule of resorcinol.
The dye obtained in this way is a black, water-soluble powder and dyes the vegetable fiber in full black tones, which become more bluish as well as washable and lightfast after treatment with formaldehyde and copper salts.
Example: 18 kg of 2-acetylamino-5-amino-1-anisole are dianotized. A weakly acidic solution of 31.9 kg of 1-amino-8-naphthol-4,6-disulfonic acid is run for this. After the formation of dye has ended, it is made alkaline with excess soda and a diazo solution made from 22 kg of 2-acetylamino-4-chloro-5-amino-1-aiiisol is run in.
The dye obtained is deposited and soaped by heating with a 10 0% sodium hydroxide solution, deposited again and tetrazotized. The tetrazo suspension is mixed with an aqueous solution of 10.8 kg of m-phenylenediamine while cooling. The free mineral acid is blunted, for example with sodium acetate, then an aqueous solution of 11 kg of resorcinol is added and soda solution is added to end the dye formation. The resulting dye is filtered and dried.
