Counterpivot mounting device in watch movement rackets comprising a cockpit. The object of the invention is a device for mounting a counterpivot in watch movement rackets comprising a cockerel, a counterpivot arranged freely in an annular mount resting on the board of the rooster and held under a shoulder of the opening of the cock. shell, and flexible tabs bearing on the exterior face of the counterpivot in order to elastically hold the latter.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that said flexible tongues are integral with the cockle. These tabs are preferably produced with the shell generally made of hard steel, by stamping or stamping. They could however be brought back to the cockerel, for example be welded there.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a cross section thereof, while FIG. 2 shows it seen from above. On the board 1 of the rooster is mounted, using two screws 2, a round steel cockle 3, on the perimeter of which is adjusted, with greasy friction, the racket 4 whose serge is cut transversely at the place 5 .
The cockle is pierced, in the middle, with a round opening forming the discovery 6 and a shoulder 7. At the level of the shoulder 7, the cockle has tabs 12 projecting inside the discovery 6. These tabs, regularly distributed over the entire edge of the opening, are elastically flexible, so as to constitute shock-absorbing springs with respect to the counterpivot 9 freely disposed below the tabs, on a bearing surface of an annular frame 8.
The latter is housed and held by clamping between the board of the cockerel and the shoulder 7 of the cockerel. In the board of the rooster is set the pierced stone 10 which constitutes the bearing of the pivot of the axis 13 of the balance. The free space 14 provided between the pivot stone 10 and the counterpivot 9 forms a link, that is to say a reservoir for the oil necessary for the lubrication of the friction surfaces of the pivot of the balance axis .
The function of the device is to dampen the harmful effect of the pressure and the axial shocks which could be transmitted to the axis of the balance and thus to prevent, to a certain extent, the accidental breaking of the pivots of this axis and of the stones. 9 and 10, because the tongues 12, making a spring, react elastically against any axial displacement exceeding the normal range of the axis of the balance.
It is understood that damping means can also be provided for the front pivot of the balance axis.
In the example shown in the drawing, the tabs 12 have come from manufacture with the shell 3, but, as has already been said above, they could just as easily be attached to the shell, for example by welding, crimping or by a force assembly.
