Procedure for operating steam generators. There are known steam generators in which additional working fluid is supplied in liquid form. This has the disadvantage that the liquid causes a strong cooling of what has already been developed in the generator system. flowing steam takes place, so that it is necessary to arrange a large number of supply points for the supply of a certain additional amount of working fluid.
The invention relates to a process for the operation of steam generators, in particular tubular steam generators, with additional introduction of Arbeitsmit tel in the Ar flowing in the generator system and aims to avoid the disadvantage described, so that the number of supply points: practically never low can be maintained. It consists in the fact that the additionally introduced working fluid is introduced in vapor form.
In order to carry out this method, devices can be provided in a steam generator through which the working fluid in vapor form is added to the fluid flowing in the generator system. Work equipment is led to.
An example of a steam generator for carrying out the present method is shown schematically in the drawing.
The feed liquid conveyed into the line 21 by the feed pump 1 evaporates in a first pipe system 3 to such an extent that the outgoing steam is still. contains a certain amount of moisture. This wet steam is fed to the second pipe system 5 at point 4, in which the liquid portion is still completely evaporated. The resulting steam is then: superheated and, the superheated steam through line 6, fed to the points of consumption.
Both pipe systems 3 and 5 are heated by the flame 7 of the burner to which the combustion air and the fuel are supplied in a known manner. In order to increase the generated steam, the pipes 10 are connected to the individual points 9, through which a certain amount of additional working medium is introduced into the steam generated in the pipe systems 3 and 5.
The additionally supplied working medium is introduced in a vaporous state either as: wet steam or even as hot steam, but at a temperature different from the temperature of the working medium in the generating system through the inflow points into the working medium flowing in the generating system 5. The additional work equipment can either be:
indicated in the drawing, from the first part 3 of the steam generator: can be taken. but can just as well be supplied from a special auxiliary steam generator that is not connected to the main steam generator.
The individually supplied auxiliary quantities are used to regulate the operation, in particular the temperature of the steam, through the throttle elements 11 as a function of the temperatures recorded by the thermostats 1.2. of the work flowing through is changed in such a way that when the temperature of the steam flowing in the pipe system 5 rises a larger amount and when this temperature drops a smaller amount of steam is additionally introduced into the pipe system 5. As a result, the temperature of the steam generated can practically be kept at a constant level.
Of course, instead of the amount of additional steam to be fed, its state (depending on the state of the steam flowing in the pipe system 5, for example by means of a thermostat, the temperature of the additional steam can be regulated that to increase the initial amount of steam, for example, to a multiple amount, only a very limited number of supply points is required, so that the necessary devices:
structurally simpler and therefore can be kept cheaper. In the same way, large temperature differences and the associated uncontrollable thermal stresses can be avoided, so that the .Safety of the generating system with regard to strength. significantly lifted wind.
