Procedure for operating tubular steam generators. The invention relates to a process for the operation of Röhrendampferzeu like with additional introduction of Ar beitsmittel in the generating system streamed work equipment and aims to avoid the delays in the regulations of the previous design, so that the regulation of the steam temperature of such Steam generators can no longer occur. The invention consists in that the additional amount of working fluid BEZW particularly to regulate the temperature of the steam. whose state is changed as a function of the temperature of the work flowing through the generator system at a point near the feed point of the additional work medium.
To carry out this process can be provided in a tubular steam generator before devices through which in particular to control the temperature of the steam, the additional amount of working medium BEZW. the state of which is changed as a function of the temperature of the working medium flowing through the generator system at a point near the feed point of the additional working medium.
Two examples of Röhrendampferzeu like to carry out the present process are shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a tubular steam generator with three different feed points for additional working medium; FIG. 2 shows a diagram of the temperatures prevailing in the pipe system of the steam generator of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 shows a tubular steam generator to which an additional amount of working fluid is supplied at only one point.
The pipe system 1 of the tubular steam generator shown in FIG. 1, feed liquid is fed through the pipe 2 and the steam developed in the pipe system is passed through the line 3 to the consumption points. The flame 4 of the burner 5, to which the combustion air is fed through the line 6 and the fuel through the line 7, heats the pipe system 1.
The feed pump 8 and the fuel pump 9 are driven by a motor 10 together at the pale speed, so that the amount of fuel fed to the burner 5 and the amount of feed liquid fed to the pipe system 1 are in an almost unchangeable relationship to one another. If necessary, the ratio of the pumped quantities of working fluid and fuel can be adapted to the changes in the degree of efficiency with different loads on the steam generator by means of special devices.
At the individual points 11a, 11b, 11c, the pipe system 1 is additionally supplied with liquid working medium by the centrifugal pump 18 in order to regulate the temperature of the steam flowing in the generator system 1 and at the same time to increase the amount of live steam initially developed in the generator system. To regulate these additional quantities supplied are in the supply lines 12a, 12b and 12c throttle points 17a, respectively. 17b and 17c installed, which respectively of the thermostats 15a. 15b and 15c.
The thermostats 15a, 15b and 15c are arranged in the immediate vicinity of the injection points 11a, 11b and 11c. As soon as the temperature of the working medium in the pipe system 1 increases, for example at a point where the thermostat 15a is installed, the throttle element 17a is adjusted by the transmission linkage in such a way that a larger amount of liquid enters the pipe system 1 through the line 12a is performed, whereby the steam flowing in it is cooled to a certain extent.
As soon as the steam flowing in the pipe system has cooled sufficiently, the throttle element 17a is adjusted again by the thermostat 15a in such a way that the normal injection quantity necessary to achieve an unchangeable temperature is introduced into the pipe system 1.
Conversely, when the temperature is lowered, for example at the point of the thermostat 15a, the additional amount of working medium flowing through the throttle point 17a is reduced, so that the steam flowing in the pipe system 1 is cooled to a lesser extent so that it still maintains its normal outlet temperature. In a corresponding manner, the other Dros are selstellen 17b and 17c by the thermo staten 15b respectively. 15c adjusted.
This arrangement creates the advantage that a safe temperature control of the outgoing steam through the line 3 is guaranteed, since the temperature of the steam during overheating at several points depending on the in the pipe system 1 in the immediate vicinity of the introduction points 11a or. 11b and 11e prevailing temperatures is regulated. At the same time, however, the supply of additional working fluid also increases the amount of steam initially developed in the pipe system to a very considerable extent.
The temperature T of the working medium flowing in the pipe system 1 is plotted in Fig. 2 over the length l of the pipe system. At the entry point E, the liquid is supplied in a preheated state with the temperature Te, whereupon its temperature increases to the point <B> 81 </B> to the boiling temperature Ts.
From point S1 to point 82, the temperature of the working medium remains unchanged, the working medium being completely converted into saturated steam. After the evaporation has taken place completely at the point S2, the steam is superheated to the point lia to the temperature T1.
At this point, the steam is supplied with a certain amount of additional working fluid, whereby it is cooled to temperature t1. The thermostat used to regulate the amount of additional work fluid to be added is at:
The point 15a is built into the pipe system in the immediate vicinity of the supply point 11a, so that it immediately picks up the temperature of the freshly cooled steam, thereby avoiding control delays and temperature fluctuations.
In a corresponding manner, at a second point l1b and at a third point 11e the temperatures up to these points to the Tem temperatures T2 respectively. T3 superheated steam by supplying additional additional work medium quantities, for example liquid to temperatures t2 respectively. t3 cooled down. To regulate these additional quantities of working fluid to be supplied are at the Stel len 15b respectively. 15e built in in the immediate vicinity of the introduction points for the additional Liche working fluid thermostats, which increase or decrease the amount of additional work by means of the recorded temperatures.
On the short distance between the supply point 11c and the outlet point A, the steam cooled to temperature t3 is overheated to its final outlet temperature Tü and fed to the workplaces at this almost invariable temperature.
In the embodiment shown by FIG. 3, only one point 11 is provided for the supply of additional work equipment. The pipe system 1 is supplied in the same way by a feed pump 8 with feed liquid, as in the example of Fig. 1, and the burner 5 is also fed to the burner 5 by the fuel pump 9 fuel. At the point 11 of the pipe system 1, a certain amount of additional, for example partially or fully already evaporated working medium is fed through the pipe 12, so that the steam already flowing in the pipe system 1 before the point 11 is cooled.
The working fluid to be supplied to the pipe system through line 12 can be taken from the pipe system of the steam generator itself or from a third-party steam generator and is regulated by the throttle element 17 by means of the thermostat 15 and the rods 14 and 16 so that when the temperature rises more and less additional work medium is supplied when the temperature falls.
In the case of steam generators with large fluctuations in power and in the case of very large systems, it may appear advisable to provide more than just three such control points. Instead of the thermostats respectively. To arrange the introduction points for additional work equipment in the pipe system of the steam generator itself, these can also be provided individually or together in special vessels, into which, for example, several parallel pipes of the pipe system open.
Of course, instead of the amount of the additional working medium, its status can also be changed, whereby under certain circumstances its amount can remain unchanged.
The invention offers the advantage that with simple means delays in; the regulation of the steam temperature and the associated fluctuations in the temperature of the steam generated can be avoided, and at the same time the amount of steam initially generated can be increased considerably.
