Description
Brett, bestehend ans einzelnen Lamellen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein, aus einzelnen Lamellen bezw. Leisten zusam mengesetztes Brett.
Die einzelnen Leisten werden durch Dü bel fest miteinander verbunden und an den einander zugekehrten Seiten mit Nut und Feder versehen, wie dies anhand der Zeich nung durch drei Ausführungsbeispiele gezeigt wird.
Wie aus der Zeiehnung ersichtlich ist; weisen die einander zugekehrten Seiten der Lamellen eine Mehrzahl von Nuten und Fe dern auf. Die seitliche Vernutung der einzel nen Leisten verhindert das Verschieben der einzelnen Leisten senkrecht zur Oberfläche des Brettes und gestattet, dass die einzelnen Leisten a in der Längsrichtung an beliebigen Stellen s gestossen werden können. Durch Verwendung beliebig langer Leisten können die an denselben vorkommenden Äste ent fernt werden. Durch die Verdübelung dieser so bearbeiteten Leisten können 10-11 cm breite Bretter in beliebigen Längen mit ast reiner Oberfläche hergestellt werden.
Die Nu- tung und Federung wird so ausgebildet, dass nur ein Teil der Nut- oder Federbreite über die seitliche Bretterkante vorsteht, wie dies Fig. _I, IH, V und VI zeigen. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Sichtfläche des Brettes nur um einen Teil der Nutbreite schmäler wird.
Die Bohrung zum Einfügen der Dübel d kann rechtwinklig (Fig. II) oder in einem stumpfen Winkel (Fig. I) zur Seitenkante ausgeführt werden. Zweckmässig geschieht die Bohrung in der glitte, das heisst in der Nähe der neutralen Faser, so dass bei Biegungs- beanspruchung möglichst wenig an Trag fähigkeit verloren geht.
Der Zweck dieser beschriebenen Anord nung ist: 1. Ein Brett-herzustellen, das sich nicht werfen kann ; 2. das Schwindmass auf ein Minimum her abzudrücken, weil die einzelnen Lamellen ge ringe Breite haben und unabhängig vonein ander schwinden können; 3: um die Tragfähigkeit zu erhöhen, kann das Brett mit Rippen ausgebildet werden, in der Weise, dass abwechslungsweise die Latten eine verschiedene Höhe bekommen (Fig. V und VI). Dadurch wird bei geringerer Ma terialverwendung grössere Biegungsfestigkeit erzielt;
4. durch die Anordnung in einzelnen La mellen, deren Länge beliebig sein kann, ist es möglich, Bretter herzustellen, die astrein sind, weil bei der Aufteilung die vorkommen den Äste entfernt werden können.

The hole for inserting the dowels d can be made at right angles (Fig. II) or at an obtuse angle (Fig. I) to the side edge. The drilling is expediently done in the slide, that is, in the vicinity of the neutral fiber, so that as little load-bearing capacity as possible is lost when bending stresses.
The purpose of this described arrangement is: 1. To make a board that cannot throw itself; 2. to reduce the amount of shrinkage to a minimum, because the individual lamellas have a small width and can shrink independently of one another; 3: In order to increase the load-bearing capacity, the board can be designed with ribs in such a way that the battens alternate with different heights (Fig. V and VI).
