Gefiügelliaus mit mehreren Räumen.
Die Erfindung hat zum Gegenstand ein Geflügelhaus mit mehreren Räumen, von denen der eine mit einem versenkten Boden versehen ist und bis zur Hohe des benachbar- ten Bodens mit Staubmaterial gefüllt ist, so dass sich das Geflügel das ganze Jahr hin durch in Staub baden kann, um sich von dem Ungeziefer zu befreien. Dieser Staubraum des Geflüge'lhauses steht zweckmässig in
Verbindung mit einem benachbarten Raum, welcher als Nest-und Sitzraum dient. Das
Dach dieses Hauses steht ein recht beträcht- liches Stück über die Endwand des Staub raumes hinaus verlängert, damit kein Regen und keine Feuchtigkeit in den Staubraum gelangen kann.
Ausserdem sind vorteilhafter weise noch an der Aussenwand des Gehäuses schräg gestellte Wasserablaufwände ange-' ordnet, an denen das auftreffende Regenwasser herablaufen kann, so dass dasselbe nicht zu dem Fundament des Hauses geraten kann, um etwa den Staubraum anzufeuchten, so dass der Staub erhärtet.
Um den Erdboden unter dem Staubraua stets trocken zu halten, können besondere
Wasserablaufröhren in dem Erdboden ange ordnet sein, welche sich unter das Fundament des Hauses erstrecken.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge- stellt:

Fig. 3 ist eine etwas vergrösserte Seiten- ansioht des Geflügelhauses, und

Das dargestellte Geflügelhaus 10 ist durch eine senkrechte Zwischenwand 11 in zwei Rampe 12 und 13 eingeteilt. Das Dach 14 des Geflügelhauses erstreckt sich über beide Räume 12 und 13 und endigt in einer Fortsetzung 15, welehe recht beträchtlich über die Endwand des Raumes 13 nach auswärts ragt. Der nach auswärts ragende Daehteil 15 dient dazu, um zu verhüten, dass der Regen an die Vorderwand des Raumes 13 prasselt und diese Wand durchnässt ; ferner verhütet diese Dachfortsetzung, dass der Erdboden in der Nähe der Staubkammer 13. durchfeuchtet wird, so dass keine Feuch tigkeit in die Kammer 13 eintreten kann.
Das Fundament des Geflügelhauses besteht vorzugsweise aus Mauersteinen und umschliesst einen Erdboden 17 für den Raum 12 und bildet auch gleichzeitig eine im Querschnitt dreieckige Wand für eine Staubgrube 18.
Diese Staubgrube ist mit irgend welchem zur Verfügung stehenden Erdstaub oder dergleichen angefüllt, und zwar bis zur Hohe des Erdbodens 17. Die AuBenwand und die Zwischenwand des Geflügelhauses sind mit Eingängen 19 und 20 versehen, so dass das Geflügel zu irgend einem Teil des Gefliigelhauses geraten kann und auch in den Staubraum eintreten kann, um sich in demselben von Ungeziefer zu reinigen. Der Raum 12 des Geflügelhauses kannäusserst gut als Sitz rau. m und als Nestraum für das Geflügel henutzt werden.
Aus der Fig. 4 der Zeichnung ist zu ersehen, dass die Innenseite des Zementfunda- mentes 16 mit Erde ausgekleidet ist, und zwar geschieht dieses im Innern des Staubraumes 13, so dass der Staub in der Staubgrube von dem Fundament isoliert ist, so dass der Staub nicht etwa durch Feuchtigkeit erhärten kann, welche durch die Wände des Fundamentes hindurchdringt. Ein Wasserablassrohr 21 ist unter das Fundament des Geflügelhauses verlegt, derart, wie die Fig. 4 zeigt. Das Rohr 21 hat an seiner Oberseite Öffnungen 22, und ist ungefähr in der Mitte etwas abgeknickt, damit die in das Rohr eindringende Feuchtigkeit, welche von den Räumen 12 und 13 kommen kann, nach auBen fliesst. In dieser Weise wird jeglicher Eintritt von Feuchtigkeit in die Staubgrube 18 verhütet.
An der Aussenseite des Hauses sind Wasserabla. ufwände 23 angeordnet, welche schräge verlegt sind und in einem recht erheblichen Abstand von dem Fundament den Erdboden berühren. Irgend welche Feuchtig- keit, welche von dem Da. ch hera. btropft, sowie Schnee und dergleichen, welcher nicht von den Dachrinnen 24 abgeleitet werden kann, tropft auf die schrägen Wände 23. welche das Wasser von dem Fundament des Hauses wegleiten.
Das Dach 14 ist mit Fenstern 25 versehen, welche das Sonnenlicht hereinlassen und den Staub in einem trockenen Zustand erhalten.
Eine Tür 26 ist in der einen Seitenwand des Raumes 13 angeordnet und oberhalb der Türöffnung ist eine Lüftungseinrichtung 27 vorgesehen, durch welche überschüssiger Staub heraustritt, der dadurch entsteht, dass mehrere Hühner gleichzeitig ein Staubbad nehmen und sich schütteln, um sich vom Un- geziefer zu befreien.
Es ist selbstverstandlich, daB das Geflügelhaus noch in mancher Weise in seinen Einzelheiten geändert werden kann, ohne dass ss dadurch das Wesen der Erfindung geändert wird.

The illustrated poultry house 10 is divided into two ramps 12 and 13 by a vertical partition wall 11. The roof 14 of the poultry house extends over both rooms 12 and 13 and ends in a continuation 15 which protrudes quite considerably over the end wall of the room 13 to the outside. The outwardly protruding Daehteil 15 serves to prevent the rain pelting on the front wall of the room 13 and this wall soaked; Furthermore, this roof extension prevents the ground in the vicinity of the dust chamber 13 from being soaked through, so that no moisture can enter the chamber 13.
The foundation of the poultry house preferably consists of bricks and encloses a ground 17 for the room 12 and at the same time also forms a wall with a triangular cross-section for a dust pit 18.
This dust pit is filled with whatever earth dust or the like is available, up to the level of the ground 17. The outer wall and the partition wall of the poultry house are provided with entrances 19 and 20 so that the poultry can get to any part of the poultry house and can also enter the dust room in order to clean himself of vermin in it. Room 12 of the poultry house can be extremely rough as a seat. m and used as a nest space for the poultry.
From Fig. 4 of the drawing it can be seen that the inside of the cement foundation 16 is lined with earth, and this happens in the interior of the dust chamber 13, so that the dust in the dust pit is isolated from the foundation so that the Dust cannot harden through moisture that penetrates through the walls of the foundation. A water drainage pipe 21 is laid under the foundation of the poultry house, as shown in FIG. The pipe 21 has openings 22 on its upper side and is bent somewhat in the middle so that the moisture penetrating into the pipe, which can come from the spaces 12 and 13, flows to the outside. In this way any entry of moisture into the dust pit 18 is prevented.

A door 26 is arranged in one side wall of the room 13 and a ventilation device 27 is provided above the door opening, through which excess dust escapes, which is caused by several chickens taking a dust bath at the same time and shaking each other to protect themselves from vermin to free.
It goes without saying that the poultry house can still be changed in some ways in its details without changing the essence of the invention.
