Lifting device for window sashes. The invention relates to a lifting device for sash legs with weather.
Lifting devices are necessary for windows that are provided with tongue and groove on their underside for better sealing against weathering so that these windows can be opened.
Lifting devices for such windows are known which allow opening of the window from the up processing position by adjusting a lever. In the meantime, only the lifting of the window sash happens inevitably, while the lowering of the window sash has been carried out freely by the weight of the window sash.
Here now the invention improves because a lifting device arranged on the lining frame of the window is provided with a device for pulling down the window sash into the sealing layer.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides. . Fig. 1 shows the inside view of a window with the device according to the inven tion. The left sash is drawn in lowered, the right sash in the raised position; FIG. 2 is a section along line A-8 in FIG. 1.
Swivel lever a and eccentric disk b are rotatably mounted in a fitting c of the chuck frame d. The lining frame is provided with a tongue e, which is assigned a groove f in the window sash frame g. DiP guidance and storage of the window sashes take on fish straps in a known manner h. A fitting i lies on the eccentric disk. on, which is provided with a guide track k for a pin a introduced on the pivot lever a.
The raised window sash position is indicated by striking a nose n of the eccentric b on a pin o, while dif, downward movement of the window sash by a stop p of the window sash fitting i for the countersunk pin m </ I > is limited.
By pressing down the lever a, a window sash is raised from the eccentric disk above the spring level so that it can be opened. If the window sash is to be brought back into the sealing position after closing, the lever is pushed upwards, whereby the window sash is automatically pulled down by the pin m and pressed onto the spring on the casing frame.
With this inevitable downward pull of the window sash into the sealing position, it can no longer happen that the window sash does not go completely into the sealing position due to small unevenness in the fold or through the interposition of oil paint. This device also improves the sealing effect, because between tongue and groove's rule there is no longer any lateral play to be present, as in the case of windows, which should slide down into the sealing position only under the effect of their own gravity.
The device described is advantageously used for double windows or windows with double panes, as is shown in FIG. 2, for example. The window sash is provided with two panes q and r, which ensure good heat insulation. The protection against external influences is significantly increased if you attach a device in the form of tongue and groove to these windows on the underside, which can be firmly pressed together by a suitable device, as described above.
