Description
Maschine zur Herstellung von Verzahnungen. Es sind Maschinen zur Herstellung von Verzahnungen bekannt, die zwei oder meh rere Werkstückträger enthalten, auf welche mit Zähnen zu versehende Radkörper einzeln oder gruppenweise aufgespannt werden, wo bei ein und dasselbe Schneidrad gleichzeitig je einen Radkörper jedes Werkstüekträgers bearbeitet. Die hierzu erforderlichen Bewe gungen der Radkörper führt jeder Werk stückträger gesondert aus.
Das Neue bei der Maschine gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass die auf diesen Werkstückträgern befestigten Radkörper gleichzeitig durch einen und den selben zahnstangenförmigen Hobelstahl be arbeitet werden.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist die Er findung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel er läutert. 1 und 2 sind die zu bearbeitenden Radkörper, von denen je einer oder mehrere über- bezw. hintereinander auf den beiden Dornen 3 und 4 aufgespannt sind. Das Werk zeug 5 führt zum Schneiden in bekannter Weise eine Stossbewegung aus, wobei gleich zeitig die auf beide Dorne 3 und 4 auf gespannten Radkörper bearbeitet werden. Die zum Abwälzen erforderliche Drehbewegung erhalten die letzteren auf bekannte Weise, beispielsweise über die Wechselräder 6, 7 und 8 von einem Schneckengetriebe 9, 10 aus.
Es könnte noch ein dritter Dorn 11 vor gesehen werden, der zur Herstellung grosser Zahnräder allein benutzt würde, während die Dorne 3 und 4 dabei jeweils zu entfernen wären.
Die Dorne 3 und 4 könnte man auch direkt, durch bekannte Mittel, antreiben, un ter Weglassung der Organe 8 bis 11.
Das Werkzeug 5 muss je nach dem Durch messer der zu schneidenden Räder gegenüber einer normalen Grösse, zum Beispiel entspre chend verlängert werden, oder es werden zwei gleiche, kurze Werkzeuge nebeneinander in denselben Werkzeughalter eingespannt. Der Vorteil der beschriebenen Anordnung besteht in der Verdoppelung der Arbeits leistung der Maschine, bezw. in der besseren Ausnutzung der vorhandenen Maschinenteile, während die Anordnung von zwei Werk stückträgern mit Dornen ä und 4 zum Auf setzen der zu bearbeitenden Radkörper ein fach .und ohne nennenswerte Kosten sich durchführen lässt.
Anstatt der beiden Werkstückträger :3 und 4 im Ausführungsbeispiel könnten auch deren mehrere angeordnet werden, wenn es sich um die Herstellung ganz kleiner Räder handelt, wobei auch das Werkstück entspre chend aus mehreren in einen Werkzeughalter eingespannten Teilen zusammengesetzt sein kann.

The advantage of the arrangement described is the doubling of the work performance of the machine, respectively. in the better utilization of the existing machine parts, while the arrangement of two workpiece carriers with thorns ä and 4 to put on the wheel bodies to be machined can be carried out easily .and without significant costs.
Instead of the two workpiece carriers: 3 and 4 in the exemplary embodiment, several could also be arranged if the production of very small wheels is concerned, and the workpiece can accordingly be composed of several parts clamped in a tool holder.
