Description

  

      Sehubladenführung.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Schubladenführung, die einen leichten  Gang der Schublade ermöglicht und die das  bis jetzt nötig gewesene genaue Einpassen  der Schublade in den Kasten oder das Ge  stell vereinfacht; so dass die Schubkasten,  Schubladen     etc.    rascher und dadurch billiger  erstellt werden können.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel schematisch dargestellt.  Es zeigt       Fig.    1 einen Teil eines Kastens mit einer  Schublade,       Fig.2    und 3 sind Schnitte nach den  Linien     A-ss    und     C'-D    der     Fig.    1,       Fig.    4 und 5 zeigen Einzelheiten.  Zwischen der Rückwand 1 des die Schub  lade 2 enthaltenden Gestelles und der Vor  derwand 3 desselben ist eine Metallschiene  4 befestigt; diese läuft in der Längsmitte  der Schublade unter dem Boden 5 derselben.

    Die Schiene 4 besitzt halbringförmigen Quer  schnitt, sie ist hinten mittelst eines Winkel-    stücken 6 an der Rückwand 1 befestigt und  vorn mittelst eines     Passstückes    7 an der  Leiste 3. An der Rückwand der Schublade  2 ist ein Führungsstück 8 befestigt; dieses  greift mit zwei Nasen 9 unter die Kanten  der     Schiene    4. Die Form der Nasen 9 und  der Abstand der     Schiene    4 von der Ober  kante der Leiste 3 ist so gewählt, dass die  Schublade 2 voll     gus    dein     Kasten    gezogen  werden kann. Die Nasen können neben dem  Stück 7- und unter der Schiene 4 hindurch  nach aussen gleiten. An der Schiene 4 sind  Kerben 10 nahe dem vordern Ende der  Schiene 4 angeordnet.

   In diese Kerben treten  die Nasen 9 ein, wenn die Schublade aus  gezogen wird. Infolge des Gewichtes der  Schublade werden sie in die Kerben 10 ein  gedrückt und schlagen dann an den Anschlag  11, welcher ein weiteres Ausziehen der Schub  lade verhindert. Die Schublade kann dann  nicht     unbeabsichtigterweise    voll ausgezogen  werden. Durch Anheben des vordern Endes  der Schublade aber kann das Führungsstück  von der     Schiene    4 abgleiten. Zum Führen      der Schublade können Rollen 12 an der Leiste  3 angeordnet sein.  



  Die Schublade 2 wird gut zentrisch ge  führt, auch ohne dass die Seitenwand der  selben in die Öffnungen des Gestelles gut       eingepasst    sind. Die Schublade kann mit ge  nügend grossem Spiel im Gestell laufen, so  dass beim Arbeiten des Holzes kein Fest  klemmen der Schublade     etc.    stattfindet.



      Sub-drawer guide.     The rail 4 has a semicircular cross-section, it is attached at the rear by means of an angle piece 6 to the rear wall 1 and at the front by means of an adapter 7 on the bar 3. A guide piece 8 is attached to the rear wall of the drawer 2; this engages with two lugs 9 under the edges of the rail 4. The shape of the lugs 9 and the distance between the rail 4 and the upper edge of the bar 3 is chosen so that the drawer 2 can be pulled out fully. The lugs can slide outwards next to the piece 7 and under the rail 4. Notches 10 are arranged on the rail 4 near the front end of the rail 4.

   The lugs 9 enter these notches when the drawer is pulled out. Due to the weight of the drawer, they are pressed into the notches 10 and then hit the stop 11, which prevents the drawer from being pulled out further. The drawer cannot then be unintentionally fully extended. However, by lifting the front end of the drawer, the guide piece can slide off the rail 4. To guide the drawer, rollers 12 can be arranged on the bar 3.



  The drawer 2 is well centric ge leads, even without the side wall of the same are well fitted into the openings of the frame. The drawer can run in the frame with sufficient play so that the drawer etc. does not jam when working with the wood.

Claims
