Description

Roskopf watch movement. In Roskopf watches, that is to say in the simplest parts that can be constructed, the setting is of the order of plus or minus two to three minutes per day. It is effected by pulling on the outer end of the spring and the racket with which these watches were used until now were absolutely useless, because it was impossible by its means to influence the course of the piece. Until now, however, all Roskopf watches had a racket, in the shaft of which were planed the guides of the hairspring.

The present invention relates to a Roskopf watch movement in which this racket has been omitted. This results in a saving of a few centimes for my being, which, given the enormous quantities which are made of these watches, play a fairly important role. The cock of the watch according to the invention has an extension in which is fixed a guide for the outer turn of the regulating balance spring, the extension of which the axis forms with that of a horn carrying the fixing pad of the balance spring at an angle.

In this way, a watch is obtained whose adjustment possibilities are the same as those of ordinary Roskopf watches and which. has a few less parts (racket, shell, screws) than watches of the same quality known to date. The above angle will preferably be 90.

There is partially shown, by way of example, in the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the watch movement according to the present invention.

On a plate which is not shown is fixed a cock a in the hole of which oscillates the balance b. The hairspring is designated by c, it is fixed as usual, on the one hand, to the axis of the balance, on the other hand, to a hairspring holder d which is located at the end of a horn e that the rooster has. The latter comprises an extension f which came from manufacture with the board of the cock and in which is fixed a guide g for the outer turn of the regulating hairspring c. The adjustment is made by pulling on the free outer end of the hairspring, by which the latter is shortened, which in any case is left too long during assembly.
