Description
Einrichtung zum Rückführen von Öl aus dem Verdampfer in den Kompressor von Kältemaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Rückführen von Öl aus dem Verdamp fer in den Kompressor von Kältemaschinen nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes und besteht darin, dass der unter niedrige rem Druck als der Verdampfer gehaltene Raum, an den die Ölrückleitung des Ölsamm- lers angeschlossen ist, als Saugraum eines Injektors ausgebildet ist, der von dem dem Kompressor zuströmenden Kältemittel be trieben wird.
Dadurch wird der Fortschritt erzielt, dass das Rückführen des Öls in den Kompressor mit kleinerem Kraftverlust als bisher und ohne die Verdampfungstempera- tur ungünstig zu beeinflussen, selbsttätig be werkstelligt wird.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung darge stellt.
Der Kompressor ist, wie im Haupt patent, mit 1, der Verdampfer mit 4, die Kältemittelzuleitung zum Kompressor mit 8, der Ölsammler des Verdampfers mit 26 und die Ölrückleitung desselben mit 2 7 bezeich net. Nach der Erfindung ist der durch die Saugwirkung des Kompressors unter niedri gerem Druck als der Verdampfer gehaltene Raum, in den die Ölrückleitung einmündet, anstatt, wie bisher, im Kompressor selbst angeordnet zu sein, als Saugraum 36 eines Injektors 37 ausgebildet, der so in die Saug leitung 8 des Kompressors eingeschaltet ist,
dass er vom Kältemittel betrieben wird. Das im Raum 26 sich sammelnde Öl wird auf diese Weise mit sehr kleinem Druckverlust des angesaugten Kältemittels in den Saug raum 36 hochgehoben, von dem aus es, wenn derselbe annähernd voll ist, von dem mit grosser Geschwindigkeit durchströmenden Kältemittel mitgerissen und in zerstäubtem Zustande in den Kompressor zurückgeführt wird.
