Boîte pour montre. L'objet de l'invention est une boîte pour montre, comportant un couvercle qui peut glisser sur le corps de boite et qui est soumis à l'action de ressorts tendant à le maintenir dans sa position fermée.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

La boîte représentée comprend un corps de boîte 1 plat et un couvercle 2 glissant dans deux rainures latérales 3 de la partie 1. Deux tringles latérales 4 et 5 sont fixées aux deux extrémités du corps de boîte 1. Des ressorts 6 et 7 à boudin sont disposés autour des tringles 4 et 5 et appuient, d'une part, contre une extrémité du corps de boîte 1 et, d'autre part, sur des pièces 8 et 9 sou dées au couvercle 2 et tendent à maintenir celui-ci fermé.
Une montre 10 peut être disposée dans le corps de boîte 1 et peut y être fixée ou articulée au moyen d'une charnière, de ma nière à pouvoir être inclinée par rapport à la boite. Des organes convenables peuvent être prévus pour la maintenir dans cette position inclinée. Pour se servir de cette boîte, il suffit de la saisir dans une main et d'appuyer avec le pouce sur le couvercle 2 et de le déplacer par un mouvement latéral. En abandonnant le couvercle à lui-même, il revient dans sa position primitive par l'action des ressorts. Une boucle 11 est articulée en 12 sur la boîte 1 et permet de fixer une chaîne à celle-ci.
La boîte peut avoir toutes formes et toutes grandeurs. Elle peut être en toutes matières, par exemple en métal, bois, nacre, cuir, etc. et peut être unie ou décorée, gravée, émaillée, oxydée, etc.

The box shown comprises a flat box body 1 and a cover 2 sliding in two side grooves 3 of part 1. Two side rods 4 and 5 are attached to the two ends of the box body 1. Coil springs 6 and 7 are attached. arranged around the rods 4 and 5 and bear, on the one hand, against one end of the box body 1 and, on the other hand, on parts 8 and 9 sou dees to the cover 2 and tend to keep the latter closed.
A watch 10 may be placed in the case body 1 and may be fixed or articulated therein by means of a hinge, so as to be able to be inclined relative to the case. Suitable organs can be provided to maintain it in this inclined position. To use this box, it suffices to grasp it in one hand and to press with the thumb on the cover 2 and to move it by a lateral movement. By leaving the cover to itself, it returns to its original position by the action of the springs. A loop 11 is articulated at 12 on the box 1 and allows a chain to be attached thereto.
The box can have all shapes and sizes. It can be in any material, for example metal, wood, mother-of-pearl, leather, etc. and can be plain or decorated, engraved, enamelled, oxidized, etc.
