Stone crusher for the production of crushed stone or grit. The need for grit is becoming more and more noticeable. The same is increasingly needed both for repairing ordinary roads and, in particular, for producing asphalt surfaces.
At the moment two types of machines are necessary for the production of chippings, namely a stone crusher (toggle crusher or single rocker crusher) and a roller mill. Knee lever breakers are normally required for ballast production. They have the advantage that they deliver a relatively pure lumpy material due to their only squeezing effect. However, it is usually not possible to use them to produce grit, as the crushing arm has the largest crushing path in the crushing gap. For this reason, it is inevitable that larger pieces fall through each time the crushing gap is opened.
To produce fine material, the toggle breakers have therefore been equipped with eccentric shafts with a small eccentricity. As a result, the crushed material was refined to a certain extent. A production of perfect grit material is not possible even when using the aforementioned waves.
In certain cases, better results have been achieved with single toggle crushers that have only a small opening path in the crushing gap. Single toggle crushers, however, have the disadvantage that, as a result of the frictional movement occurring in the crushing gap, they have a relatively large amount of unwanted gritty fine material and dust. In addition, the wear on the crushing jaws is very considerable, depending on the quality of the goods being processed, so that the economic efficiency of the machine may be impaired.
To produce chippings, it is therefore necessary to bring the crushed material pre-worked in a toggle or single toggle crusher to the desired grain size in a roller mill.
However, rolling mills have the disadvantage that the crushed material is split up from them. However, chippy material is of inferior quality for road construction.
The object of the invention is now a stone crusher with a swingable gela Gerten jaw, in which the crushing jaws can be set against each other under two different mouth angles for the optional production of gravel and grit.
The position of the crushing jaws against one another in the normal brick crusher is conditioned by the coefficient of friction of the crushed material compared to the crushing jaws. This Rebungszabl results in an angle between the two jaws of 21 to 24.
In the case of the known stone crushers, which produce chippings in one operation, the angle between the crushing jaws is considerably smaller than that which is usual with normal stone crushers. The smaller crushing angle, which must not exceed 18, ensures that the crushed material in the crushing mouth is gripped and processed more often. The consequence of this is that a more extensive comminution occurs and at the same time a cubic shape of the finished product is achieved.
In the case of the new stone crusher, therefore, two bearing points are expediently provided for the rocker arm, one for an angle of the crushing jaws of about 21 to 24 and one of about 12 to 18. If the crusher works with the crusher jaws at an acute angle, fine breakage is achieved in one operation; if the crusher works with the crusher jaws at an obtuse angle, coarse breakage occurs. The crusher can then be used either as a primary crusher or as a splitting machine.
The modification of old machines for the production of fine material can be carried out in a simple manner, without significant costs, by subsequently attaching a second swing arm mounting. This second bearing must be provided in relation to the previous one in such a way that the angle of the crushing jaw reaches the amount mentioned above., Through the inven tion described above, the owners of stone breakers have very significant economic advantages, because it is possible to use old machines that otherwise they would have to be replaced by new ones to adapt to the needs of the time.
In principle, the idea of the invention can be used both for toggle lever crusher, as for single swing and cone crusher. Find. Likewise, its implementation can be achieved in other ways as described above.
In the drawing, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, 1 denotes the crusher frame in which a fixed crusher jaw 2 and a vibrating jaw 3 are mounted. For the pivot 4 of the jaw 3, two bearings are provided in the crusher frame according to the drawing, so that, depending on the production of gravel or gravel, the two jaws 2, * 3 are either set at an angle of about 18 and less or 21-241 ' can.
