Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 133478.         'Verfahren    zur     Herstellung    eines neuen chromhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man     einen     neuen,     wertvollen        chromhaltigen        Azofarb-          ;;

  toff    erhält, wenn man .den     Polyazofarbstoff           <  < u1        Mol.        dianotiertem        4-,Chlor-2#-,amino=1-          hhenol.    1     Mol.        dianotierter        Pikraminsäure        und     1     Mol.    2,1' -     Azonaphthalin    -     5,.5'    -     dioxy    - 2'     -          amino-7,7'-disulfosäure    mit chromabgeben  den Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der neue chromhaltige Farbstoff ist  trocken ein ,dunkles Pulver, das sich in       Wasser,    verdünnten Alkalien und in kon  zentrierter     .Schwefelsäure    mit     grünschwarzer          h@arbe    löst. Baumwolle und Viskose werden       aus    neutralem oder schwach alkalischem       Glaubersalzbad    in echten     Grautönen    ange  färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  53,5 Teile des Farbstoffes     2,1'-Azonaph-          thalin-5,5'-dioxy-        2'-amino-7,7'-disulfosäure     werden zusammen mit 50     Teilen,    (Soda in 600       'Teilen    Wasser gelöst. Bei 6-8   gibt man  die     Diazoverbindungaus    14,4 Teilen     4-Chlor-          2-amino-phenol    zu und nach einiger Zeit noch  die     Diazoverhindung    aus 19,9 Teilen     Pikra-          minsäure.    Nach<B>1,6</B> Stunden wird der ge  bildete     Azofarbstoff    filtriert und in 4000    Teilen heissem Wasser gelöst.

   Nach Zugabe  von 30 Teilen     Cr20,    in Form einer     Pluor-          chromlösung    wird 24 Stunden am     Rückfluss-          kühler    erwärmt. Durch Kochsalz     wird    der  neue Farbstoff abgeschieden.

  <I> Example: </I> 53.5 parts of the dye 2,1'-azonaphthalene-5,5'-dioxy-2'-amino-7,7'-disulfonic acid are used together with 50 parts, (soda dissolved in 600 parts of water. PATENTANSPRUCII Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch .gekenn zeichnet, dass man .den Polyazofarbstoff aus 1 Mol. dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol, 1 Mol.,dianotierter Pikraminsäure und 1 Mol. 2,1'-':A;zonaphthalin- 5;5'-dioxy - 2'-,amino - 7,7' disulfosäure mit chromabgebenden Mitteln be handelt.
