Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen, wertvollen metallhaltigen     Azofarb-          stoff    erhält, wenn man den     Polyazofarbstoff     aus 2     Mol.        Jiazotierter        Pikraminsäure    und  1     Mol.    2,1' -     Azonaphthalin    - 5;5' -     dioxy    - 2'     -          amino-7,7'-disulfösäure    mit Chrom- und kup  ferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff ist       trocken,    ein     dunkles    Pulver, das sich in  Wasser, verdünnten Alkalien und in konzen  trierter     IS'chwefelsäure    mit rötlich     blau-          schwarzer    Farbe löst.

   Baumwolle und Vis  kose     werden    aus neutralem oder schwach al  kalisehem     @Glaubersalzbad    in echten blau  grauen Tönen egal angefärbt,       Beispiel:     Man kombiniert in Gegenwart von Soda  53,5 Teile .des Farbstoffes     2,1'-A@zonaphtha-          lin-5,5'-dioxy-2'-@amino-7,7'-,disulfosäure    mit  40     Teilen:    diazotierter     Pikraminsäure    und       isoliert    den     'A-zofarhstoff        näch    15 Stunden.

    Derselbe wird in. 5000 Teilen Wasser gelöst  und mit 7,6- Teilen     Cr@03    als Fluorehrom-    Lösung 24 Stunden     erwärmt.    Nach dieser  Zeit     gibt        man;    noch die     gesättigte    Lösung von  30 Teilen Kupfersulfat in Wasser zu und       isoliert    den     kupfer-    und chromhaltigen Farb  stoff wie üblich.
